I had a great experience at the Hershey Chipotle but and wanted to express my COMPLETE satisfaction with the way one of your employees turned a negative situation into a very positive experience. I visit this location at least once a week and get my standard Steak SALAD BOWL with your signature dressing (which I absolutely love!) When I was ready to check out(8:15 PM Tuesday Evening) I realized that I had not received the dressing. The cashier informed me that they had run out...(not the first time I experienced that - although I waited while they made it last time) To my complete disappointment - which I strongly expressed...(I couldnt believe that the dressing isnt always prepared??? although I am sure there are freshness issues - I equate it to McDonalds running out of buns for their sandwiches).. The cashier indulged me by listening to my rant - and NEVER once reacted negatively. She was very apologetic and sincerely sorry I was disappointed. I appreciated her sincerity and was ready to pay .. Then the UNEXPECTED HAPPENED.... she said this one is on us.... WOW....Never did I ever expect or anticipate that type of response - I was delighted - not for the FREE salad but for the response that your cashier - (who is relatively young) - took to ensure that you had a happy customer. Im not sure if this is part of their company philosophy or not .... but it reminded me of Nordstroms philosophy on customer service... So WELL DONE - Chipotle-Hershey... and a great big shout out to this employee who really represented your company well!!! ( I really wish I would have gotten her name - short dark haired young lady who was running register)

Got through the line quickly, ordered a chicken quesadilla and a bowl. Barely any chicken in my quesadilla and they were going to leave it that way so I had to request more. Got home and began eating my bowl of rice,beans,chicken,salsa and cheese.... And found a longggg piece of hair. Spit the food out and threw it away. I guess it doesnt help much when you have KIDS running the line and joking around and acting foolish while filling orders . But to have HAIR in the food really??? Supposed to have hair nets or hats on !! Completely disgusted wont be back here ever again.

Nice option during our trip to Hershey. I ordered ahead of time on the App and I must say their app is really good (lets you customize down the finest detail). When we arrived there was a big line. We were able to get seats and just wait for them to finish preparing the order. Parking lot is kind of small so that could be an issue (we lucked out and got a spot as someone pulled out). The food was consistent with other Chipotle locations (uniformly good) and staff was pleasant and helpful.

IF YOURE GOING TO CHARGE 9.50 FOR A BOWL AT LEAST FILL IT, OR AT LEAST HALF OF IT...Every single time I order on the app and ask for extra chicken i get regular amount of chicken and a half filled bowl...has happened twice now in a row...absolutely ridiculous... not sure if its poor staff or management but figure it out! Doesnt matter to me they just end up having to give me free food because they can never do it right the first time....

Just stood in line from 4:30 to 5:21 next in line as 6 burrito bowls and 2 burritos were made in front of me for online orders. Customers in front of you should be handled first, or make a separate line for online orders. Lots if confusion on staffs side on whose food was whose. Just wanted to try the new queso, didnt want to waste an hour of my time. Will not be coming back.

We arrived 20 minutes after they had opened and were told they did not have White Rice out yet. Then someone went in the back and grabbed rice that obviously was not ready (still hard) and served it up. She seemed to get an attitude when we said we did not want that. A staple like white rice should ready to go when you open. Uncooked rice should not be served.

Great food as usual, gets a little pricey with add-ons, approaching fancier sit down plate and glass "Fast Casual" places like Houlihans just two blocks away. Love the organic and recycling too. Just wish they had some specials for frequent diners like myself. Stimulate the local economy and hire more young people for peak times.

Food was great ! Restaurant was dirty ! Tables were dirty , floor was dirty ! Not a place I would recommend as far as being clean . It was about 4 p m on a Friday . Past lunch time and not dinner time yet . Really no excuse for being like that .

After a long day of fun and walking around the nearby park, we stopped here before hitting the road home. That walking builds up a hunger, and this hit the spot! Quick lines, lots of space to a large party with kids. Friendly staff.

Im not sure how they stay so cheerful when things get so busy. The staff that is. Food is always on point as well. Only struggle is parking. May need to park on the street a block up at peak times. Other than that its a good place.

This isnt usually as crowded as the one on Jonestown Road. I like the sofritas tofu. The spicy salsa is my favorite but usually doesnt sit well. Calling ahead here is easier than Jonestown Road as it is usually less crowded.

Doesnt make the qusarito like they are suppose the just melt a small amount of cheese onto your tortilla only a single tortilla its a joke i went to one in va and they made it correctly they alway skimp on ingredients too.

Gave my vegan sister barely any food, let her food touch my chicken. This chipotle has very dirty bathrooms as well. No toilet paper! But if I had to give a positive, it would be the view of the coasters of Hershey Park.

Staff couldnt roll a burrito worth a damn. Slow, unprofessional, girl at the register was hugging and talking to some dude ignoring customers when we walked in. The food still tastes good though

The workers are mean ordered a large soda and worker asked "is that all for you" meaning he was calling me fat never again NEEDS NICER WORKERS also i tasted bone in my chicken i choked

Good food but the restaurant is continually dirty. The tables look like they are never wiped and the floors barely swept. Parking is rough during crowded lunch and dinner hours.

Ordered online at 11:30 for 12:15 pick up. Went strait to cashier, greeted by a friendly employee in charge of pick online orders. Order was hot and ready. Perfect take out!

Fast food done right. Not many people complain about the food and I dont see how you can. Their service is always fast and the place is typically very clean.
