Being a lifelong vegetarian, I was very excited to try this place after hearing so many good reviews, and when I finally went, the atmosphere and staff were quite nice, however the food...not so much. The first time I went, I ordered the spiced tofu, and sweet potato wrap. It came with two sauces on the side, a green one and a red one. While they were okay, the wrap itself was made up of 70% sweet potato that tasted like it had been boiled without any seasoning. It had minimal to no tofu, and the tofu that was there was dusted in spices, and had no real flavor. I didnt end up eating the second half of the wrap because of how bland it was. The second time I went I ordered the grilled cheese, I saw that this came with a side, but declined to order one with the meal because none of them sounded good to me (my personal preference), but then was charged $10.55 cents for JUST the grilled cheese. At the time I thought this might be because of the size of the sandwich, but after opening it once I was back to work, I realized I had paid 10 dollars for the smallest sandwich I have ever had. I could have fit both slices of the grilled cheese in one palm. The bread was soggy and very thin, and the lettuce they had put in the sandwich before grilling it was limp and chewy. I was disappointed to say the least. Hoping for at least half decent food for the price this place charges, I got average or below food for $10 and up. There also didnt seem to be a wide variety of options for the menu, as well as the sides. I want to support any vegetarian/vegan place because anyone whos been meat free for more than a year knows the struggle of finding good tasting, well priced food anywhere, but it feels like the only reason this place is doing so well is because of lack of better options. I want to like this place, but it feels like it caters to one type of person only, reflected in the kale and quinoa sides and raw brussels sprout salads. And while that is all great food, I would really like to see a more diverse selection on the menu, for people and vegetarians (myself included) who have gotten bored of the bland options that are constantly offered, and who want to start holding establishments to a higher quality of flavor. I would consider eating here again if the menu was updated with more options, but until then it’s off to find a different place to eat.

Very cute place and nicely decorated however when I visited Crave & Co yesterday, and asked for 2 medium black coffees...... They were out of coffee. This is now THE SECOND TIME I have come here to get coffee and theyre out. The place was completely empty and they didnt have any coffee prepped or brewing. The reason Im so annoyed is because this is the 2nd time this happened in the last week. The girl behind the counter said "it will only be 3 minutes". Yeah right. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes while the coffee slowly dripped & brewed. No apologies from the staff. Then this man comes out from upstairs. The manager I assume? Complete moron. I said to him, "this is the 2nd time Ive been here and you guys are out of coffee!!?" He just stared at my like a deer in the headlights and walked away from me as I was talking. Rude? Then I said it again to him, all he says is: "the best I can do for you is: you can call ahead next time and Ill have it ready" what the heck?!?!?! Why wouldnt you always have 2 pots of regular and 2 pots of decaf coffee constantly brewed? This service is terrible. Very cute place. Nicely decorated. Probably wont be back.

Terrific food, and while the restaurant itself is quaint and seems to be going for a cozy, hipster vibe it instead ends up feeling like dining tables shoved into someones living room. Ive been multiple times and while the food is delicious, theyre often out of many things. That being said the food is worth the discomfort. The many delicious drinks can transport you to a sunny paradise, and the food itself is indescribable in the best of ways. The staff is kind and accommodating. 3/5 for the disorganized and disenfranchising dining structure, but its a small business. Could definitely have been 5 for the food alone. I suggest it, but suggest ordering to-go.

Amazing!! SO many vegan options, and so delicious. I got the vegan protein bowl and loved it! Very filling. I cant decide whether my favorite part was the food or the atmosphere/people. Kristin is delightful, and the space is amazingly uplifting -- with a bathroom full of chalk quotes about embracing your own creativity, loving yourself and the world, embracing diversity, etc. :) And there are small sheets of paper with awesome quotes at each table, too. Just walking in made me feel so happy, seen, embraced, and loved. :) If Im ever in Harrisburg again, I plan to go back! Thank you all!! <3

The genuine friendly staff and comforting atmosphere are only two of the many things that make this establishment unique. Not only is this the only vegan/vegetarian restaurant in the area, The Vegetable Hunter has a fresh and exciting cuisine that is hard to master but they do. The strawberry seltzer is a refreshing personal favorite. I also love the banana nut muffin. I really love this place for its creative atmosphere and amazing food.

Crave and Co is a wonderful stop for those looking for a healthy food option. The ingredients are very high quality, and plentiful. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast burrito, which was very large and stuffed with fresh beans, sweet potatoes, and very delicious cheese. I also highly recommend the strawberry seltzer. The restaurant itself is a very relaxing cafe, with calming music in the background.

I love the protien bowl here. Everything is hand made on the spot, so flavors vary a little but its always pretty dam delicous. I have tried the veggie tacos sampler and was not happy with the flavor, but the business was awesome about making it right. Even when I complained after I left with this nit to great take out order. And the girls at the front are always groovy, even when they are slammed.

The coffee was good. I also got the breakfast sandwich, which was egg, tomato and cheese on a pita. It was tasty. Needed a little salt and pepper but overall it was good. I wanted to know more about the house made kombucha but the girl at the counter didnt have much info, she said to come back in when the owner was there to ask. I think Ill go back and try the lunch sometime.

Disappointing food and service. Should have figured out that something was odd when we noticed so much unfinished food left on nearby tables. Grilled cheese panini was advertised as gluten free but surprised to discover it was made with blue cheese. Reviews online did not match our experience. Most of our food was left uneaten as well.

Got the Israeli pita, which was my third choice after being told they were out of the two other things I asked for. Luckily it was delicious. The lavender lemonade was also really good. I would definitely come back. -1 star because it was freezing in the restaurant and it was annoying that they were out of so much stuff.
