Waitresses attitudes goes the way of the days management it would seem.They can be nice or extremely stressed and hurried depending on whether theres eyes over their shoulders which is a shame. Seems like turnover is preferred over a courteous pleasant time, IMO. Wait time was a bit long, food is OK. Ive had better. Felt rushed after being served, on a positive I was always asked if refills were necessary and if anything else was needed. Gift shop is overpriced and probably makes up for the food services. Alls a little closed in for my liking but clean. Group hug people, it could be so much nicer if everyone got along. Not my first time feeling this way here.

Dirty, dirty, and dirty. Every table we moved to had crumbs. One had sticky syrup residue and a cup ring from milk. Another had a coffee ring. There was old spilled milk on the slatted room divider and food splatter on the frame and glass of the picture of Venice. Hash browns were hash whites, and the eggs were over hard, not easy. The hostess wasnt very welcoming, either. But our waitress, Donna, was very nice and smiling, so that made us want to look around in the shop and spend some money. Also, the young female manager in the shop area was friendly and pleasant.

The service was great but I noticed while I was eating that the managers werent treating their employers right. The host was very nice and caring along with my waitress but the management there doesnt seem to friendly like they make themselves out to be. You can see the host and waiters/waitresses were working very hard but no one seemed to care, especially the managers. The food was exceptional, but I think the employers should get treated more fairly, as I have heard from recent employers that have quit because of this management.

Every year coming home from Split Rock Resort, we stop at this Cracker Barrel. We have always had great service and good food. This year our experience was even better. We had "Kayla" as our waitress and she brought a nice smile and a good sense of humor to the table. I like to joke, and she joked right back. She said you have to keep your sense of humor, and here is hoping Kayla always keeps hers. Thanks for the Great Service. Mark (Bob, Larry)

I have not visited a Cracker Barrel in quite some time and usually only stopped by for breakfast. 6 hours into our trip we decided to try the Holiday Inn Express which happened to be right next to CB. To tired to get back in the car, we walked over to CB. They were offering a campfire chicken/beef meal with potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and 1/2 chicken wrapped in foil. It was incredible! Glad we made that choice!

Usually the food is great but lately in the last 6 months not the best, 1. Two separate times I had to return my sweet potatoes because they where very dry. Today my roast beef was dry not much flavor. 2. A couple of the waitresses are not the greatest but a couple are really good. That being said I still like the food. One last thing, I wish they would change the music, country music makes me sick.

Waited for what felt like an eternity at the hostess booth, hostess was very abrasive despite me not saying a word, food is mediocre, eggs are cooked with hot air or something no flavor at all. Sausage tastes like balls, gravy is bland, and I think the bacon is microwaved. Eat here 3 times a week, hotel I stay at is 3 feet away. And lol, guy below called this a premium restaurant hahahahahalmao

Me and my girlfriend stopped there today on or way home from vacation it was the bet cracker barrel Ive ever been to the manager was even out helping the staff and was greeting all of the customers she should be awarded the best manager ever if she missed talking to a customer it was that they was sealed after she was done

Took my kids here today and aside from the wonderful service we where given, someone decided to pick up our bill and pay for it. The receptionist to seat us was not friendly!!!! Our waitress was outstanding!!! Other employees acted as if we were doing them a favor eating there. We always stop here on a way to our summer home and it was always enjoyable. I will now go elsewhere for a while until I return.

I always enjoy coming here. Sometimes, some food isnt worth getting, but anything with chicken or roast beef is great! Good portions, and overall tasty. Desserts are amazing! The staff here is always very sweet and they help each other out if needed.

The best part of it was the service. The waitress was very amicable, but food was terrible. The worst part is that it took so long to get everything~~~ Well it doesnt cost too much. The 8 oz steak looks smaller than others I got from elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. Had to fried catfish. Excellent. The breading was perfect. Not too much or not enough. Corn bread was fresh. As a Truck Driver,my choices are few. Closely located to the TA Travel stop. Its worth the walk over.

This place is very inviting. The food was great but the service was not. I waited 51 minutes for my food and my family. And after the wait the order was still not right. But the management was excellent!! I will go there again!

Cracker Barrel is always good but this day I was at this on had smothered steak the mushrooms were raw, I think when you eat at a premium restaurant the food should be properly cooked.

Best $7 breakfast I ever had! Ordered the sausage biscuits and hashbrown casserole with OJ and their own fresh brewed coffee and it was fantastic! Service was also amazing!
