Disappointed with the quality of Blizzards at this location lately. My family comes to this DQ somewhat frequently and I can say that it is clean, well-maintained, and has pleasant staff with quick service. However, over the last year the Blizzards have essentially become large servings of plain ice cream with very little "stuff". My wife just opened her "extra stuff" (marketing ploy, anyone?) Blizzard and found nearly no Snickers in it. We started coming here because the one on the west side of town did the same thing. For the price, I expect better Blizzard quality. If this can be remedied, I would easily give this location 5 stars for the reasons above.

I just ordered one of their mint chocolate chip blizzards. Fist off the picture of the blizzard is a bright green color. The blizzard I received was basically vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks and what tasted like Oreo cookies. It was not green at all, nor did it take like mint. All the young girl behind the counter said was, oh yeah its made with like a gram cracker since its like a pie. Ill never be going back. Very poor customer service. They didnt even offer a refund or exchange. They should have at least offered me one of those two since the advertisment that was all over the store didnt even match what they made me.

I go here a lot and they usually have my order correct! I usually get a Brownie Blizzard with Extra Brownie, and a Oreo Blizzard Add Brownie, mine was good the Oreo one had no Brownie in it, I called and Rita the manager basically tryed telling me it was in there because (She Bagged it)! And I told her I didnt see it or taste it, then she said she would send me a coupon but she kept saying I know it was in there, like would you like me to drive all the way back to show you? Like I said I come here a lot and have no problems but the Managers are rude!

Every time I think ok lets go to Dairy Queen east maybe they got better. Well once again I was let down. The blizzards have very little stuff inside of it. It is bad when I spend extra money to get extra extra cookie dough in a large blizzard and I only get five pieces of cookie dough,yes I counted. I have even called and complain and the manager told me he would send me a free coupon in the mail and I never received the coupon. I dont recommend Dairy Queen east. A Very very big disappointment.

This quiet Dairy Queen is clean and has a lobby that seats many. The drive through is fast, typically. And the food is great, as you would know. It is usually busy summer evenings. And the staff is usually friendly and correct. Take ice cream cakes or dilly bars home for treats, or custom Blizzards. Great place

Had a problem with my sons birthday cake. They decorated it wronge, manager took the cake and decorated it PERFECT!! She also took a couple of dollars off for the wait to fix the cake. If your child loves ice cream cake please try our dairy Queen. They will not disappointe.

We ordered a medium twist come and a small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. 6.00 later..... looks like two smalls that dont have enough ice cream to fill the cones.
