Dont know whats going on with this place but delivery takes over 2 hours. Had to cancel an order because 2.5 hours later still wasnt delivered. Next order, took close to 2 hours. Decided I wouldnt order again but gave in thinking maybe it was a fluke, NOPE, its been over an hour and still no food. Really dont understand why it takes 2+ hours for an order when I personally live 5 minutes from there. Used to order from the other location when I lived there and never had this issue. Getting cold soggy wings is not desirable yet no one ever calls to warn you theyre running late or to apologize etc. Poor management!

Server Evan was very RUDE. The order took almost 40 minutes to be prepared despite there being no body else in the restaurant. WHen I came up to ask when our order would be ready the young man Evan rudely told me to go sit down and that theyll call me when its ready. The wings themselves were VERY soggy and covered in sauce even though we asked to have sauce on the side not on the top. Terrible overpriced experience. Awful smug service. Music was too loud. Me and my spouse will not be coming back, no thank you.

Given up.. Ordered a delivery three times, never came in, even tried a different name and a different account once, still nada. Didnt even get a call telling me its late (or never coming). Left me and my coworkers hungry, and now my manager is pissed at me for letting the team down like this. Judging by the sheer number of reviews claiming undelivered orders, this place needs to fix its delivery system. Wont order again, and suggest nobody else does! Ridiculous!!

some friends told me this was the best in bucks so I decided to try them out. Ordered boneless wings in the store for take out. 35 minutes later I still had nothing to eat. The staff didnt tell me it was going to take a long time please have a seat so I stood there forever waiting for my order which was so covered in hot sause they became soggy even though I was eating the on the way home. What a mess. Not sure I will ever go back.

I order take-out from here often. Food is usually very good, the only bad experience Ive had with these guys is with their cheeseburgers. One was delicious and 3 subsequent ones were just awful. Id highly recommend any of their boneless wings (half price on Tuesdays), their waffle fries with cheese sauce, any of their wraps, or their quesadillas.

I was there on Monday for the Fundraiser, and man was that place busy. I figured food must be good if there was that many people waiting. But I decided to get some food also, and it really was awesome!! Will be back for more!! Kimm the manager was a big help too. Even let me try a few sauces to figure out what I wanted!!

Went there the other day for the first time and the food was spectacular!! Could see myself eating here a few times a week. They have so many different things to offer. And the General Manager Kimm was wonderful. She took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!

why does your web-site say you close at 10pm on fridays, but when I try to place an order at 9pm im told you dont take anymore ASAP orders? Whats the point of saying youre open till 10 if you stop taking orders waaay before that? Just say youre open till 9 or 9:30 smh
