Guess they were right, this place has VERY SLOW service. First of all we came here to celebrate my lil brothers HS graduation. So we had a server, she was good to us but once she took our order, the food took a while to come to our table. Thank the kitchen and cooks for that one smdh. So two other groups of people had gotten their orders before us, and they came after us. Finally our order gets here. Everything was a bit salty. My mother and grandmothers order was supposed to be mild but ended up being spicy and salty. The food was seasoned though so i cant take that away from them. Meanwhile me and my brothers order was good. The build our own burgers was a good choice. They do chicken well, obviously but the miscommunication was a sure miss on their part. At least the manager fixed my moms order and gave her a replacement of the mild wings Our server made a very good effort, Ill say it was the cooks messing up, because she made every effort to remedy the situation. She earned her tip and then some. Now would I come here again? Probably not, as this was my brothers choice to come here, this really isnt my scene.

I love great customer service and I love to tip but I couldnt do it here... The service was an issue for us-from the young lady who took our order to the wait time, It was terrible. I would love to do a customer service workshop there. Basic things like body language and even the way our server responded to us when we asked her about an item on the menu. I thourougly enjoy the honey bbq traditional wings but I will not support that location unless they refine their customer service. We did not even leave a tip which really bothered us because we love showing gratitude for good service but we couldnt do it... I felt terrible leaving only the exact amount for our meal but I could not reward the experience we had by tipping her. *At the latter part of the evening the manager did come out to apologize for the wait time and our server did come correct and even accepted us telling her that we shouldnt have gone through the experience we did there. Nevertheless, the next time we want wings we will likely go elsewhere.

Store number is 3625, for anyone who has had a hard time finding the info. The location is fine, it looks and feels like a normal Buffalo Wild Wings. Clean. Food is usually pretty solid, the quality of the food doesnt always exactly feel like it matches with the price, but its usually pretty tasty fare. If youve been to a "B-Dubs", its exactly what youre expecting. If you havent, its great sauces and good wing meat, and pretty decent apps and beer selection. All that said, the service at this specific location has been spotty. If not for the service, Id give this location a 4 star rating. But sometimes the service can leave a 2 star impression for sure. Often slow to get seated, even if the place is dead, and long times between check ins. Dont count on refills, even if theyre free. Last time, they got my order wrong and forgot my wifes food. Sometimes the service is on point, but it seems to vary wildly day to day. If youre craving B-Dubs, itll scratch that itch.

Got to be among the worst dining experiences of my life. If you want wings, go the one in Brooklyn, where apparently the competent employees work. We went there for a quick bite to eat after window shopping. No greeter to seat you, you have to go in and find a waitress. Then the waiter we got (name unknown since he never greeted us properly) takes forever. He messed up our appetizer order, then on top of that forgot we existed. He stopped by our table once in 30 minutes (and no, they werent crowded). After 45 minutes we ask what happened to our entrees, which magically appear 2 minutes later. Cold. I dont pay good money to be served cold food, unless it is suppose to be served as such (wings are not supposed to be served cold). We spoke to a manager (name unknown) and well he either knew nothing of cstomer service, or just didnt give a frak. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this venue. I would encourage others to avoid it at all costs.

BWW has a great crowd atmosphere to watch sports. Our waitress was extremely nice and checked on us often. My dining companion and I ordered their Blazin wings with a side of onion rings. The wings were definitely (spicy) hot, but after a couple of wings the taste was more bearable than the first few bites. The onion rings were crispy and delicious. I prefer to mix the onion ring sauce with ketchup. If youve never tried it, I suggest that you try it at least once. The major downside to this BWW location is parking. I drove here on a Saturday and spent more than 20 minutes searching for a parking spot. I was close to giving up and driving to the next closest location, but decided to use one of the paid parking garages a few blocks away. That was an unexpected $12 expense. If youre going on a weekday/weeknight hopefully youll have better luck than I did.

i went with my g/f, our waiter did not introduce herself so we didnt know her name, we ordered a shot of jameson and a margarita lemonade. The shot of jameson wasnt proportionate to a real shot and there was a lemon seed in the shot glass, her margarita drink was 3/4 full and there was more salt on the side of the glass then on the rims of it. We ordered an apetizer and 10 wings each, the wings came first with 1 selary stick and 1 carrot stick each, the appetizer came out last. The wings were conservatively covered in the sauces we wanted, our waitress checked up on us only twice within the 3 hours we were there. Another waiter/server that we waved down was much more present and attentive than her. She was lucky to get a $5 tip from me after my gf begged me to tip her. Had no problem with the wait time but the service was trash

They charged a cover of $20 to watch the Mayweather v Pacquiao fight; more inexpensive then most. Then you get upstairs to find out that getting a seat is not guaranteed. You give them your name and number with your number of guests. You are here for approximately 4 hits and havent gotten a seat. Your final guest arrives and Mike the manager says their name from the staircase and with no response decides they are not let into the building. He states an announcement was made hours ago that they were not letting anyone else in yet there are approximately 50 people standing down there. I guess theyre deaf! Never again; rules need to be clearly printed, stated and repeated. Learned my lesson

HORRIBLE!!. not only did my waiter make me feel like an idiot because I didnt know about their drink choices. But he never put in my order..... he complained about the guests " having nothing better to do then to mess with the drink menus". Also when i told him i just wanted the check because my god daughter was falling asleep and we had not gotten our wing order. He showed no sign of apology. Just said he "forgot because he had a million things to do"... Guess what Michael not my problem... Your job was to put in MY order and make sure i left YOUR job satisfied.. Maybe BWW needs to train their waiters, what customer service and customer satisfaction is all about..
