Possibly the worst customer service of any fast food place I have ever been to. They messed up my order, tried to switch it to an alternative that costs less without refunding me and then when I walk over the restaurant to try and sort it out the manager refuses to apologise, laughs at me and says "you are crazy". In my book thats not how you run a business, particularly in an area with a lot of choice. Regardless I will not be stepping inside that dump again and will make sure to spread the word to work colleagues about their unprofessionalism.

The wings are ok. I usually get a rice bowl because I like the vegetables but the chicken they give you with the rice bowl is a bit off. It doesnt really taste like chicken, its always chewy and leaves you bloated every time. I thought it was just me but all of my buddies feel the same way I do. Their mild creamy sauce is really good. The workers, especially the lady at the register, isnt people friendly at all so dont expect to be happy with the customer service

Wonderful. I only had the Honey BBQ double fried wings, and yet it put a massive smile on my face. They are the crispiest wings I have every had. While the actual chicken meat was juicy and tender. My only complaint would be the amount of mess I made of my face, hands, and shirt while I ate them! :)

Love the Rotisserie chicken, they taste so fresh and flavorful. The chicken bowls they have is must try which is healthy and tasty. I love most of their chicken. I will definitely be visiting when I am back in Philadelphia again.

They know me on the first name base, and my whole job department loves them, not because they are half block away but their famous double fried wings are super delicious, definitely recommanded to anyone who love wings

You have to try it! Best fried chicken wings in PA. We were there in July 2014, and visited them 3 x during our stay. The chicken was fresh. Temperature was just right. And the Fried Oreos make for a great dessert.

Ive tried the honey bbq wings plus the chicken salad with sesame dressing and they were really good. The Macaroni is another story, it was EXTREMELY SALTY.

The chicken is delicious. I really like the rice bowls but sometimes they put too much rice. The half chicken is really good, nice and juicy.
