Not a place to go if you are expecting fast, kind service. We were told when we ordered online that we would have our order in approximately 40 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes after we placed our order we called to cancel, with the excuse from the restaurant being "we got slammed" along with no apology for the inconvenience. Now, maybe on a Sunday or Monday night when theres football, or any other night when theres a sporting event Id be expecting this kind of wait.. but just a plain old, Thursday night and they have this much of a problem with getting food made and out to customers? Come on people! With that being said, I dont know how the food quality is, but $54 for 35 wings, a burger, 2 orders of fries, a bottle of soda, and a dessert seems very expensive considering we could spend the same amount at other local wing places and get a lot more food. So, once again, I have no clue how the food tastes and how the quality is, but the price seems high and the service sucks.

Used to love the place. It was a go-to-restaurant when you wanted quality and a meal you knew you were going to enjoy. Order 8 boned wings. They were small, over cooked and cost $1.12 each. Too expensive for the quality. Also ordered 24 boneless wings which were average. Requested Bleu Cheese cups to accompany the meal. Way back when, the cups used to be filled with the sauce and chucks of Bleu cheese. Not any more. Just watered down sauce and the cups arent even half filled. Used to love the celery which was wrapped in paper. Now they just throw a few sticks of celery in a plastic sandwich bag. Not the way it used to be, that is for sure...

More like wings-to-wait. Always 20 minutes longer than expected if I pick up and 35 if I get delivery. How do you even say to a customer that it will be 1-2 hrs for delivery. Wing flavors are the only reason I order from here on half wings days. Staff can be alright to deal with but there is no importance on deadlines or peoples time. Im not picking up a gift order. I was hungry 20 minutes ago.

I loved their wings at one time ! But unfortunately the last order i had delivered were small,dry, and broken Cornish Hen wings ! Flash fried again !The delivery guy arrives late and tells me he doesnt have change for my order. Really Dude ! He says the next time you order i will just throw in a couple extra wings ! I was suckered for a 12 buck Gratuity ! Hungry and Disapointed ! Never Again !!!

FOOD WAS OLD AND DRY NO SAUCE ON WINGS And COLD..CALL TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT MY ORDER..SHE TRYED TO SAY THEY COOK TO ORDER NO WAY THEy COULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS COLD WHEN THEY DELIVERY IT RIGHT DOWN THE SIDE WALK (LITERARY) But MY FRIES WHERE STEAMING HOT ?? Honestly horrible. The delivery time was supposed to take an hour but it took an hour and 43 minutes. When it got here it was cold and not even the right sauce on the wings. I called them back for a refund and they said theyre refunding my money but I still havent gotten a refund yet. So disgusting. My family and friends and I will not be ordering here anymore

Ordering was easy but the quesadilla was so burnt it was inedible the top was dark but the bottom was black and was very hard. Ive ordered it here before alot and Ive never had this experience before. The boneless wings were ok but my 12 piece had multiple half pieces that were considered as a bonelwss wing. I was actually able to see that it was cut in half.

Placed an order for delivery last night. Food took over an hour to be delivered, which really wasnt a big deal, however, it was all cold. Wings could easily be reheated in the microwave but, the pierogies, not so much. They were hard as a rock to bite into, due to getting cold, and would not have been much better heated in the micro! Very disappointed

i used to come here 3-4 times a month for the wings at one time were delicious and savory. Over time the quality and taste has dropped. That is not what caused me to quit going back it was the horrible customer service i received which was appalling. I have found other places to get wings since I was turned off this restaurant permanently.

Usually I dont have a problem at this store. Hopefully this was a one time mess up. It shouldnt take an hour to cook 5 tenders and waffel fries (pretty sure they gave my order to someone else). I called at 7:28pm to pick my dinner up on my way into work and walk out at 8:27pm. Told me 30min on the phone. Made me half hour late for work.

Ive been going to the Fairless Hills WTG for years. I work for the State of NJ so when they opened one up in Hamilton I told my co-workers to try it and they love it. Im the one who usually has to pick up the orders but thats ok since I use me account to order and get the points... Keep up the great job and I love Boneless wing night!!!

Have been coming here for about ten years for our once weekly take out. Great food and good selection. Weve had occasional mistakes with pick-up orders and a few times bread has not been fresh on sandwiches. Some of the best french fries ever and also enjoy wings with asian fusion sauce and Bernies style chicken cheese steaks. Enjoy.

This place never fails to amaze me! They were so very busy for the Eagles game today, but yet they still stopped to ask me how I was doing! Their customer service is top notch! Tonight we ordered burgers and 3 cheese and bacon fries and my husband got a quesadilla! Everything, like always was terrific! We will be back again soon!!!

Amazing:-) I would highly recommend this place to everyone! You get what you pay for. This isnt burger king people this is great food!!!!!! These kids we can tell everytime that we come in, they work their butts off!!!! We go every Tuesday for half price boneless Tuesday!!!!!!!! Yummmmm great deall!!

delicious food! kind of overpriced sometimes but they have good deals...also delivery takes about 2 hours, even on a week day...just pick up! the workers can be snappy or appear bored/careless. the drivers are very nice though i always tip them well!

I went to get wings and i got great customer service from colin who works there he was very nice and helpful quick with my food. The one in fairless hills is the best ! Definitely will be back again!
