Slow, busy ... Excellent Found Wingstop on a Saturday night while heading back to our hotel. The three of us were exhausted and starving, so we ordered a family pack of 45 wings with coleslaw and "dipping" containers of blue cheese dressing and ranch dressing. Everything was unbelievably good! Now this place was busy; I mean it looked like a small town hall meeting in there. And we waited 45 minutes for our order. And as impatient as I am, I would wait there again with no hesitation. Definitely worth the wait. Oh, one thing was irritating: I use a cane and sometimes park in spaces for handicapped folks, especially late at night. Like many places in Newark, I found that those blue parking spaces often filled with untagged vehicles, which in my case made maneuvering around very difficult that night.

I stumbled across this establishment while trying to find by way back to NY and fight hunger at 11 pm on a friday night. So Ive always heard about how awesome Wing spot is but I was rather indifferent....until now. It is soooo good! So I had wings 3 ways (meaning different flavors)--- garlic Parmesan, Lousiana Rub and lemon pepper which is the most popular. They are all really good but I had to pick it would be garlic parmesan-- because cheese (hel-lo, need I say more.) They are fried to perfection!! Also, the establishment was pretty cool. There was bit of everyone there, college students, firefighters, etc.. Its pretty big and alot of seating and big screen Tvs. I would definitely come here to watch the game.

Word of advice, if you suffer from hypertension, stay away from this place. I decided to give this spot a chance and I immediately regretted it. I ordered their Garlic parmesan boneless wings. First, I expected the wings to be tossed in sauce not dusted in rub. Second, they exaggerated on the salt, not only on the boneless wings but the fries as well. I had the classic wings in mild sauce and the sauce was okay but they should have taken all the excess salt from everything else and sprinkled it in the wings. I gave it 2 stars because they had parking and the inside of the location was nice. The area, however, is .. questionable. Make sure you lock your doors and ask them to hold back on the salt... way back.

Upon entering I had to wait 15 minutes before I was greeted. There was no one in front of me. 2 employees were busy working in the kitchen but no one acknowledged me. Finally after 18 minutes a young lady took my order. The ordering process was nice and easy. The young lady was nice and pleasant. I ordered Mango Habanero, Cajun and Spicy Korean, Classic wings. The wings were very tasty and flavorful, not overcooked and the meat came off the bones very well. The fries on the side were satisfactory. All in All, the food was very good and customer service was above satisfactory once they realized Id been standing at the counter for a while.

SALT SALT salty and under cooked. Not what I was expecting. I heard great things about this franchise and the hype in my opinion and the opinion of my party is that it is not deserved. It was my first visit and out the gate I made the mistake of ordering big because of the reviews. I ordered a 50pc Family and 16 PC tender family meals Total $90+ for some of the saltiest undercooked chicken ever. I will not be coming here again and if you value your blood pressure you shouldnt either. The sides were acceptable The staff was great, the chicken...not so much.

Wingstop is right off 21 Wide Flat screen TVs, Very nice, clean, and tidy place to eat. The cashier is very accommodating. All workers are very pleasant and polite. My order is very accurate. I would recommend Wingstop to a couple of friends. They have Hot wings that are so hot you start to sweet after eating just one. For All of you who like eating spicy food, Wingstop is for you. Hold on to your ulcers. FOR any Game plans, Host your next PARTY at Wingstop. Blessed Be. Enjoy.

Well, its January 7th, 2017 and as we all know in the tri-state area its POUNDING snow. Theyre really busy with the hungry heads and with the obvious MUNCHIES desperate guests. I can certainly say that todays crew is doing an awesome job. Specially with the extra pressure on the team because of the snow. Guys, GREAT JOB!!!! Hands up for RAFAELA, JOSE, THE SHORT GUY WITH GLASSES and the rest of the team of course. Keep up the professional services and attention to us customers.

Waited till 10:30 pm still nothing nobody calls my name saying order is ready. Had to ask cashier who rang me up. She looked at the order it was sitting there. She was like "oh" and gave the order... no sorry, no enjoy your food, nothing. Worst customer service. Stay away. Place looked sketchy as well.

Very long wait times for takeout. First its off McCarter Highway and Clay Street..... You can only enter from Clay or McCarter going Northbound. I ordered an 8 piece mild....thats all.... the restaurant is empty at 5:30pm on a weekday....yet my wait time is 20 minutes. First and last time. There are many other options in this neighborhood. ...hence the name fast food. This is ridiculous.

They actually surprised me, Ive came before in 2015 and the wings was horrible, i actually came back and gave it a second chance and it seems like they have new management or something but they changed they wings. The wait is about 10-20 mins depending on the time. Only complaint I would give is that sauces are 1$ each and dont comes with the 20 peices but it is good wings.

*********. Sorry for cursing but I love this ******g place. The decor is great. The wait for food is a little bit long, but what do u expect for FRESH HOT WINGS. I was always a Buff*** wild ****s person but oh no. This place has converted me. As a plus this is one of the franchise that Rick Ross owns. Any way great place to eat. Just be prepared to wait for awsomeness

I went here wit my baby & husband after a long day of cleaning, laundry & shopping. We loved it better then buffalo wild wings we think. We gonna make this our spot in nwk. My husband is crazy abt spicy food so he got atomic smh such a man lol. She said the wait was 25mins, 25mins it was plus it was a lil busy. Only 2 in the back cooking 1 at the register. Not bad.

The wings taste just fine. But the whole purpose of me ordering online beforehand is so I dont have to wait extra time for my food. What is the purpose of giving me a pick up time, when the past two times Ive arrived I have had to wait at least an additional 15 minutes for my food.

The experience is usually pretty good, but this time I was.very.disappointed.they waited until my order was ready to inform me that they didnt have part of what I requested. Furthermore the boneless wings were very hard.hopefully Ill have a better experience next time!!!
