Well this place used to have good service and food is ok valerios has better wings! Ever since the new owners took over prices were raised and service went downhill. 15 wings shouldnt cost 18 bucks way over priced for something thats not even top notch . I used 3 gift cards and the manager had to approve all 3 which is fine but he kept leaving during my transaction and I paid the rest in cash which the manager also had to approve meanwhile the girl at the register looked like she was seeing ghosts multiple phones ringing and the manager doesnt even help his employee pick up a phone she was clearly flustered and her manager couldnt be bothered to help oh and did I mention I was the only damn customer in the pick up line ! I will not return Im not mad but word of advice get some managers that actually care enough to help there co workers when they are struggling !

I was recently at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Erie Pa and I was trying to enjoy the Browns vs. Steelers game. As I sat and watched the game there was a fan of the other team blowing a horn right by my head. After it persisted... i asked him to stop promptly. After I was reassured by staff he would stop... he did not. I confronted him again and actually in the scuffle was thrown out of the establishment myself. For his actions which were very childish... they threw me out as he watched the rest of the game. They did not discipline him or do anything about it. All I wanted was to enjoy the football game, instead i had a horn in my ear and was tossed out for not putting up with it. I wish customer service meant a lot more than it does. I will never return to this establishment and I hope something like this doesnt happen again.

Yes servers and staff are always friendly, great atmosphere for family gatherings like birthdays or groups of friends, but when you review a restaurant its about price and quality, and both are not adequate at BWWs. Super over-priced food for low quality. Their burgers are thawed from frozen with no taste and their fries are on par with McDonalds.. except their burgers are $12... lol sry to be negative but they need to step up their game. P.S. its a CHAIN restaurant so im not too hesitant to write a bad review.

My server, Jordan, took extremely good care of myself, my beautiful wife, and four famished preteen boys after a long day at Presque Isle. Weve been to BDubz several times as a family, and have received exceptional service up to this point. This visit was no different. The MOD personally took my check up to the front to apply their 15% military discount. Couldnt be happier!! Were all stuffed and cant wait to get home and back to our Minecraft and Terraria! Haha.

The wings are great, but the service really disappointed us. Ordered some wings and a coffee to go. After about 20 minutes waiting, the wings finally came but without the coffee. Apparently they forgot, but never got an apology for the mistake. I was just told that it needs another minute for the coffee. After another 5 minutes waiting, the coffee finally came, but with a COKE CUP and a STRAW!! Their explanation is that they have no coffee cup for to go orders.....

These guys have me now! I always wondered what the big deal was about this place. I assumed it was an overpriced wings restaurant, and Im glad to say that I was wrong. I went with my daughters a couple weeks ago and we only got the wing snack baskets with some fries & onion rings to try the food out. The wings were the absolute best that Ive had anywhere! The seasoning was just right. The fry was crisp and not greasy. I plan to go back again. :)

This is my go-to place for delicious food, a great selection of beer, and a great atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and tend to go over and above. One night I was hanging out at the bar, and there was a group of very loud and obnoxious ladies right beside me. The bartender sensed my annoyance with them, and offered me a free shot of my choice. Thats pure awesomeness.

We brought most of our hockey team at one time and the manager, Steve, stepped up and took orders and served all of the good alongside one of his servers. Steve was GREAT with the kids, pouring drinks from pitchers and bringing out different sauces for our wing connoisseurs to sample. Orders were correct and timely and food was great! Definitely a great experience!!!!

Margarita left something to be desired,NOT worth $9.00!!! Harvest moon hooch was pretty good, not sure if the small glass is worth $7.00 but it was good. Did was pretty good. Appetizer sample was great, good variety. Overall decent! Our waitress, Alyssa, was super nice and on top of it! Good service.

Brandi our waitress was wonderful and very freindly! The food was so so, my daughters order got messed up in the kitchen, causing her to have to wait far too long for a 6 year old. Ill give 4 stars simply because such a caring and attentive server is a rarity nowadays..

Came to watch a football game and ordered the black and blue burger. The burger was a trashy prepressed McDonalds quality burger. The tomato slice was thicker than the burger. The only food that looked appetizing was the wings. The shoe string fries were also trash.

Waste of time and money. Nobody was there in the take out area. Waited 10 mins to see a person for pickup. Ordered popcorn shrimp and sauce on side but everything on one. She told it will take few mins to replace but took 15 mins. No recommendation

The food is fine, but I find Buffalo Wild Wings to be incredibly loud to the point where its not enjoyable. Ipads are available if they are not all being used already, which is great of entertaining little ones while waiting for food.

Our server treated us so kindly while we stopped to watch the world cup on our honeymoon roadtrip. The wings are delicious and you have so many options on how to have them made. Atmosphere is fantastic for sports watching.

Very good experience. Wings are exactly what you expect for a chain and then some. Fun atmosphere. Wait staff was warm and friendly. Waitress named Stacy gave us excellent service and description of the wings.

I give 3 stars because the lighting wasnt good for my husbands poor eyesight to read the menu and a few of my wings were too dry and didnt have enough meat. But the desert was delicious!

Wings are alright here. Id say theyre average. Still pretty tasty. Gets pretty wild when the Steelers are playing, and you better get there at least 1 hour early or you wont get a seat.

Love it here! Good food, love the survey game (ask for a tablet) My complaints are the prices are a little higher than other restaurants and it can be very loud in there as well.

Poor wait staff. Doesnt take the time to listen to customers. Only hears what they want and then gets the orders wrong. Make sure you speak at a toddler level.
