I find it AMAZING that this place is still in business!!! The wait staff is overwhelmed and gets ZERO help from "management". This is only the second time Ive visited this place and it will be my LAST. There are so many restaurants deserving my $$ and patronage that are well run & are committed to great customer service. The "manager" on duty tonight, Jacob, was the most useless, laziest excuse for a manager that I have EVER seen and I have been in the food & beverage industry for 30++ years. All he did was "schmooze" with friends and make certain they were taken care of while the rest of us waited 20+ minutes for our 1st drink and 50++ minutes for wings. Jacob walked about at his leisure without EVER thinking of bussing a table or inquiring as to his customers needs. This individual would not work for me for 5 minutes !! The wait staff is forced to meet every possible customer request while Jacob walks about like hes at a wedding reception, the only thing missing was a cocktail in his hand--his OWN. Absolutely appalling.

Went with best friend, her hubby, and their children. The host was great, personality and hospitality. Waitress however, not so much. Took our drink order and forgot some, asked for the manager over and he blew off any issue. She over filled a drink and spilled it on my purse, and phone that was sitting on the table, did not apologize. When she took our food order, she seemed annoyed and preoccupied. When we got our food, it wasnt hot at all. Had to ask for refills on everything because she did not ask if we needed anything or if everything was ok. She kept going into a corner and messing with something. I work in the food industry as a second job and Im going to tell you this. It pays to pay attention to your customers. Everyone has an off night, but there is no excuse for doing nothing. Sometimes you need to fake it or just go home.

Seated as soon as came in, sat at table for 10min, no one came. Had to grab someone walking by , to be moved to a section where someone would wait on us. Looking across restaurant, they say someone else in same spot. It was the girl who was up at the hostess stand talking when we came in!! Not to mention she had a table in front of us and they had to wave and get her attention. Not once did she look at us and say anything. Horrible, youre a waitress you should be in the restaurant not up front leaning and talking. . I will not come back to this location because of the lack service in beginning. Kana made up for it, very polite. If not for pouring rain, we would have left. Skip here and go to Winston location!!

Buffalo wild wings is a sports bar. The number of TV screens was awesome. I was seated at a high table. I wanted to watch sports center, but none of the screens had closed captioning on. With music playing in the background, am I expected to decipher what the host is saying? They did turn on close captioning when I requested. I was here to redeem T-Mobile Tuesday offer, snack size wings! After the wings, I ordered chicken wrap with fries. I ordered my wings with hot sauce and ranch. The heat was ok, nothing outstanding and the wings were somewhat dry. The wrap wasnt great. It was a mishmash of tastes and it left me confused. The fries were thin but tasty. The service was quick and courteous.

Went there on a Sunday to watch football with a friend. Found a seat near the bar and waited for service. I waited, then waited some more. Finally our order was taken, afterwards when we asked for a refill on our water, none came. We asked the manager for a refill and it magically appeared (funny how that happens)! The 2 biggest TVs are projection and the glare from the window kind of whites it out. There are plenty of other TVs to watch all around with many different games on (although they do not have them all!) The food is good and they have many beers on tap. I will go there again but it is nothing special.

Ordered a smokehouse chips appetizer and the portion size was very small compared to other wild wings we routinely order from while traveling. The 1st manager we spoke with was not very well versed on customer service. He sent out another manager who was better trained on customer service but still not versed on resolving the issue. He offered to take it off or reduce the price which I turned down. I wanted him to fix the problem and he chose only to reduce the price. I visit this area at least 10 times a year and have always eaten dinner here but I will no longer be coming here after tonight

We ordered carry out on our lunch break because we didnt think we would have time to eat in so we got our food and asked if we could sit in the waitress was very nice and got us drinks once we sat down, not even five minutes later the manager Anthony comes over and tell us that we cant sit in if we ordered to go because it was against the rules and asked us to leave, there was barley anyone in the restaurant and we asked before taking a seat, so apparently at this restaurant you cant change your mind once your order to go and they also dont mind disrespecting and embarrassing paying customers.

I loved, loved, loved Buffalo Wild Wings when we lived in another state, so finding one around the corner from us here was so exciting... until we went to this location. The food is always overcooked, the service is terrible and the atmosphere is way too loud to have any type of conversation. The servers are "nice enough" but thats bout the extent of it. If we are desperate for wings and dont want to make a mess frying them up at home, we MIGHT consider take out but for the prices, it seems like the bar should be a bit higher.

I personally hate BWW, but got dragged here for a friends birthday dinner. I actually enjoyed the Prime Rib Philly sandwich. It was easily the best thing Ive ever eaten at a BWW where the food is usually @$$tastic. The service here was pretty awful though. We had a party of 8, which I get can be tough, but the restaurant only had like 7 tables occupied and like 6 servers on duty. Refills on drinks came one time while we were there, and the lack of attention ended up with us being there well over an hour and a half.

Typically we have pretty decent service here but today is a completely different story. Our waitress had an attitude the moment we walked in and chose our table at the bar. She was having issues with the table next to us then decided to neglect us once she was fed up with them. We finally got our beers then after waiting 10+ min we had to grab someone to take our order. So unprofessional. Her attitude almost caused us to walk out. Had we not been so hungry and another waitress wouldnt have helped, we would have.

We were here on fight night, yet the staff was still super friendly. This place was absolutely packed, but we got our name on the list early so we showed up at 8 and got a table. They have a surprisingly good beer selection, I was impressed that they have big wave on draft since the last time I had that I was in Hawaii. Food is about what you expect, the wings are good and they have a lot of options for sauces. All around I give this place 4 stars not because it was lacking but because I rarely give 5.
