Terrible i waited a whole hour and 20 minutes for a FIVE piece tenders while walk in customers ; not people who ordered before coming, ordered and walked out in half the time i was there. After waiting so long i got up and asked the girl if my order was ready cause i was waiting for more than an hour and she says its coming up. It was not worth my 12 dollars since obviously they didnt pay attention to my order since my food was all cold. NEVER AGAIN i rather drive to another wingstop than to go there ever again.

terrible bought the 50 piece its supposed to come with large fries and a side order i kept telling the girl taking my order and she said it comes to fries only but it clearly says fries and a side order she didnt even ask me what sauce i wanted just put whatever she wanted to put on there the person taking the order has a huge attitude no people skills at all terrible experience my 1st and last time ever coming back to this place love the place but the service is the worst ever :( very unsatisfied customer

Horrible experience. All the food was hot, but the wings tasted nearly spoiled and the fries were fully spoiled. She told me the wait would be 17 minutes and called me up in just over 3 minutes. They mustve refried old food..idk. A waste of $11. Will not be going back, EVER!

Phone orders are ridiculous. Called 8pm 1/25/13 held for 20 min to make phone order. Got there before they returned to the phone to take my order. There was only one person in the lobby. Why was i put on hold for so long? Then waited almost another 20 min for my food. Smh

Im still here at this store. I ordered 10 wings with one person in the entire store. It took them 35 minutes and I called again. They didnt even apologize.. They will never get my money again. Plus Im calling their manager. No respect!

Bad customer service. The food is great but the workers have nasty attitude and give you a hard time about messing up orders. Its best to just order your food in store versus online.
