While waiting for my order. I noticed on my receipt the cashier had my order completely wrong. I went up to the empty counter and waited for someone to come up and help me out. It took forever for the young man man to come back around the corner. While I watched he kept running his fingers through his hair and touching his face and nose. I noted he was in the bag touching the food and helping back the orders without washing his hands. Then I noticed within full view of the customers on a long metal table. I saw a huge plastic bin of raw chicken that had been sitting there for the duration of my visit. It had a lid but was not covered. Reason I was able to see what the contents were. I immediately asked for the manager and a refund. She was nice about it at first until I questioned her about the raw chicken sitting out. She began to berate me and threatened to beat my ass if I dared to come behind the counter. I was apalled at her lack of professionalism in the work place. I will follow up with this incident. It was most disturbing. I will never eat at this establishment again. Im both insulted and astounded by this incident at Hallandale Wing Stop. While my picture of the raw chicken sitting out on the metal table is not very clear. You can can totally make out what it is in the container. Please dont go here. You will surely get salmonella.

I am a hardcore Wingstop fan! This location had a great start up, but all employees are new, except for the store & kitchen manager, so they are slow. Employees are being trained day by day and they are becoming more efficient each time I go in there. The food is always delicious when I come in: the rolls are buttery and sweet to the taste, the cookies are always soft and fresh, the fries are always best if you ask for well done and fry seasoning is awesome and on the fries is where they belong!! I have seen some people that come in to eat and they know nothing about Wingstop. The wait is worth the quality of the food: always freshly cooked to order. If you want food that is stale and sits under a heat lamp or on a warmer, then dont come to Wingstop. I even got free coupons each time I ordered take out! Remember to read the fine print though. I will remain a loyal customer here!

I wish I could have given zero stars. Called to find out if they deliver, or pickup only. I was left on hold for 46 minutes. Eventually they hung up the call without ever coming back. Called back, and she didnt even give a chance to say anything or ask the quest. Just immediately put me back on hold. I went over there to order in person for take out, and told them about the phone call, and the woman behind the counter gave me a nasty attitude and said "why didnt you just come over here in the first place. Asked to speak to her boss and she said "She aint A-vull-a-bool" At least hire people who know how to use the English language and use some kind of decency. She never even asked me what I wanted. She stood there. So I walked out. I would NEVER consider getting food here again.

How can you not cook chicken and fries right? This place is completely unprofessional and the food tasted terrible. I was there yeaterday. There is no real management, employees were in the back cursing while one person was cooking and taking orders and my 8 yr old son was with me. I asked for well done fries and received raw fries. I complained and received no resolution. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with the staff in this location and it will be the last. They wont get anymore of my money until they can hire a manager who knows how to handle their staff. I have many friends that agree this location in Hallandale is terrible.

Is it me or is Wingstop Hallandale self managed by employees? I have no idea who the manager is. Dont get me wrong, the food is good, but customer service is subpar. The employees dont know how to juggle taking care of the walk in customer, an online order or a called in order. I placed an order, the female employee forgot to add (2) regular sodas. When I brought up the error to her attention, she wanted me to wait until she finished taking an order from an incoming phone call. Does that make sense? The bottom line, If you dont provide the best customer service, youre going to lose customers

This was my 3rd visit to this location. I have yet to wait any less than 30 minutes. This time, we were the only ones there, a staff that we can see of 4 employees, and still a 30 minute wait. 1 other customer came in, called in her order, they started cooking her order after she walked in. What is the point of calling in an order, if its not going to be ready when you get there? Only reason we came back to this location is because it is the only place that sells chicken wings near me. Next time, Im going somewhere else. Never, going back to the Hallandale location.

My fiancé and I just moved to the area and have ordered from them two times in the last week. I refused to give Wing stop another chance after a bad experience in Ohio. But I am extremely happy I did. The food is always warm and on time. Their homemade ranch is amazing and worth the money paid. The staff is always willing to put extra sauce on my wings when I call and order. I also would like to add I love their music choice every single time as well lol. I would recommend this wing stop to anyone in the area and it well deserves a better rating on Google!

Worse wing stop ever. I visited this restaurant 3 times with the same result. I tried the call ahead feature I waited beyond the time they said my order would be ready only to wait an additional hour for my order. finally realizing my food was ready and waiting. They had the audacity to give me the cold wings. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I figured it was just a bad business day but it happened two more times with the online service and walk in. I dont fault staff they are doing what they are allowed to do. Poor management is the problem.

Placed order via Android App for "pay at store" They DO NOT start making your order until you arrive and pay first. I spoke with the manager about this and he says they do start it as soon as they get the order which is a LIE Ive worked in restaurants wings dont take 45 minutes to make they take about 8 minutes. Fries were soggy and inedible also. Wings tasted good and were fresh mostly because they didnt prepare them until I arrived so I sat there for 15 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I waited at home before heading to the store. Wont order here again.

Have a horrible experience every time I come to this location!! I call they put me on hold and after 20 minutes I get hung up on. Than I call back and they tell me to hold and again they pick up and hang up. I wasted 35 minutes just being hung up on. I call back to see what the problem is and the phone is off the hook! Anyways I went to te one on county line which is so much farther from my house but way better customer service!! Know I know dont waste 35 minites and just go to the farther location! Lost my business forever at the Hallandale location!!
