The only things consistent here are the pizza and their horrendous customer service! The people who answer the phones are never friendly, they screw up orders constantly and when you tell them about it, they dont even apologize and become rude! The last straw was placing a $50 delivery order for our company. They forgot some side items we were charged for and when we called to let them know we didnt receive everything, first we were hung up on twice by a girl pretending to not hear us. Then the male manager gets on the phone and says, "well if you expect us to drive back with the items (they forgot), its not happening because its lunchtime and were busy!" When we asked for a refund, they told us theyd just take our name and credit us on our next order. Thanks but no thanks, you are awful! Just lost lots of regular business! Do yourselves a favor and skip this place, unless you feel like paying to be treated like crap.

Stopped in on wing nite. First off the new location is so nice! Jennifer was our server and my goodness she is awesome! Never did we need to ask for a drink always checking on us... this type of service is slowly going away. We appreciated her help with the menu and her continually checking if we needed anything... now onto the wings! The boneless wings are amazing my favorite was the spicy Thai chili.... wing nite has great pricing and no cut backs. Loved it all. Personally this is my first trip after hearing my daughters brag about it for years we finally stopped in as we are not to local to dunmore. Glad we did. Great job Grande keep up the good work, and Jennifer keep smiling like you do and being kind to your customers was so nice to have you as our waitress/server 5 stars for you!

Before they moved across the street from their current location they were great, now I guess they need to make up economically ,, for the move , they really got skimpy with the servings. Now when you order a chicken cutlet parmigiana expect only one cutlet. Half the pasta, and half a loaf of bread. Come on guys, thats not the way you treat loyal customers. .. the worst part is the arrogance from the young kids serving. I waited over 20 min to even get asked if I was being taken care of. Wow what a difference from 6 months ago. I am not the only person who feels this way. Too bad....Really half a loaf of bread... Boy I really miss NYC. UMBERTOS RULES.

I am new to the area andall week I have been ordering eggplant parmesan dinner except I get Alfredo sauce because I am allergic to tomatoes at the cost of a 2.00 upcharge..No problem. Tonight I ordered the very same meal as a delivery and they upcharged me 4.00. They upcharged me 1.00 for a salad that comes with it and the manager attitude about it was horrible. He said there was no one above him to speak with. They just lost a good customer, and I will tell everyone about this horrific experience!!!

I ordered the Old Forge style pizza and the white pizza. This was my first time ordering these from Grande. The Old Forge style I ordered with onions and green peppers toppings. The crust was very thin, and chewy and the green pepper was very tough. I was not happy with the white pizza at all. First, it was a round pie. Ive never ordered white pizza anywhere and had it come out round. It was very thin, and the taste was very bland. I guess Ill stick places I know and like.

The new location across the street is great. Nice eat in bar, decent dining room comfortable with good service and good servings. Now my tastes are a bit pedestrian so pasta meat sauce and a couple two tree meatballs (Scranton talk) but ample and tastey. For delivery baked ziti meal is my favorite. I think you will find something you will like in or out. If you eat in take a menu home.....

The reason I love Grande Pizza is, it has delicious food. Grande has a great menu. They offer wraps, sandwiches, dinners or you can get a salad. Anything you get will be fantastic. The wait staff are very friendly, they never hurry you to leave. The food comes out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Obviously one of my favorite places.

Great place to come relax and eat. It was a big group 15 of us they were able to accommodate all of us easily and brought out the food quickly. And the food was really good even though its a pizza place I order the buger, which was big and really good. So overall a great experience. And definitely would come back.

The Old Forge rectangular and round are both outstanding. So is the Sicilian. We order from here a few times a month. Whether salads, subs, or pizza, we are always happy. Their new location across the street from the old place is very nice.

Guy was rushing me off the phone and interrupting me to the point I had to call back to give him my credit card number. Several times we ordered theyve taken over an hour and delivered cold pizza. Definitely would not recommend

Food was good but girl at register lacked good customer service skills. Seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of her hair and back to sitting around watching tv. Didnt get a thank you or a have a good night or anything.

Went to grande today for lunch. We were seated and brought our drinks and that was it. No menus. No other acknowledgement for 15 minutes before we walked out. Multiple servers walked by us Without even looking at us.

Called for delivery and was told it would be an hour... Wanted a large pie with half pepperoni and half steak meat, was told NO... Ordered eight wings and a salad... Was told $34! For pick up?! Are you kidding me?!!!

The "Old Forge Style" round pizza is amazing! I love the new location and much larger space. Ive been here a few times now and I am very happy with the selection and quality of pizza and italian food. Excellent!

Fantastic local pub/restaurant in Dunmore. The food and staff are second to none. Relaxed atmosphere, plenty of TVs, diverse crowd and good specials. The pizza and wraps are incredible! Make it so!

My family had ordered for pickup and this happen. The wings had way to much sauce on them, and the mozzarella sticks were over cooked. Its a shame. I love that pace when we eat in.

Pretty good pizza and good dough. Decent price. The personal is pretty much enough for two adults and less than $10. Wings were really good, too.
