I am not particularly fussy, but my first visit to this restaurant for lunch was one of my worst dining experiences in years. I was ignored for over ten minutes after being seated. I was preparing to leave when my waitress visited and took my order. She returned with my salad a few minutes later, but no drink. She turned immediately to the table next to mine when I asked for my soft drink, and apparently didnt hear. It was about 25 minutes after I was seated that I got my drink. The service wasnt just slow, it barely existed. I did receive a refill when another sections server took pity on me and got one from the bar. My server was polite and congenial, she may have just been terribly overworked. The place was busy but not overwhelmed (my guess). After I finished my food, the server did not return with my check until someone else stopped by to ask how I was doing (sitting with wallet and empty glass) and went looking for her. Food: The food was just OK. My blackened Mahi-Mahi Panini was served on toasted (not pressed) flavorless white bread. They were thick slices, but the local term for this is "Texas Toast" - not focaccia! The fish was pleasant and flavorful but there was nothing else going for this entree. The pasta salad was made primarily from elbow noodles and mayonnaise. Not awful, but not at all memorable. Sandwich, drink and side salad came to a bit under fourteen dollars. You can find much better food locally for less. Environment: Hearing damage. All reflective surfaces, loud music, and people raising their voices to be heard over it. I cant really blame them for that considering the places name.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!! Today was my 1st time here the food was great I can say that. But their SANITATION did it for me will never return. A coworker came up there on her day off with her dog. I witnessed several of the WAITRESSES PETTING the dog and returning to work WITHOUT WASHING HANDS!!!! One waitress touched the plates and then filled up a small plastic container with water to give to the dog. The waitress(on her day off) who the dog belonged walked behind the bar to do something. A cook came out to pet the dog also, but he was the only person who washed his hands. How they got an A(94.5) is beyond me. Update to Mr. Robert Its clear you missed the point that turned me off Robert. Youre either ignorant, stupid, or just cant comprehend. Maybe a combination of all 3. I dont care that a dog was outside, and was being petted . MY PROBLEM WAS WITH YOUR STAFF NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS AND THEN TOUCHING CLEAN DISHES AFTER THEY PETTED A DOG, AND THE DOG OWNER GOING BEHIND THE BAR TO DO SOMETHING!!!!! If you think your business is clean, and this is going on you are out of your mind. You seem to be simple minded so I typed my problem in caps maybe you can see the real problem now. Not what you interpret the problem to be. Reading and comprehending is fundamental.

This place always disappoints in comparison to the Avent Ferry location. The service is always sub par and the pizza quality is mediocre at best. Because we were running errands at cross roads we decided to order to go. Our wait time was 30 minutes for one cheese pizza and garlic knots. We ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes at the restaurant which was half empty by the way. We finally got our order. Go home and open up the driest cheese pizza ever. The color of the cheese was completely off this weird dark mustard yellow, then it was extremely dry with barely any sauce. The crust was so thin and not in a good way. The garlic knots somewhat made up for the lack luster pizza. Moral of the story if you want nice, fast service and yummy, gewy, cheesy pizza with fresh garlic knots go to the Avent Ferry location. So Ruckus, get your quality of product and service consistent across all your locations.

Food is good. But it seems like everytime I come to this place there is a problem. First time me and my cousin came here during the early afternoon, service was great and they were accommodating. The next time my cousin came the Pizza was cold and hard. The manager got involved and the issue was resolved. The next time my family and I went of course again management was involved because they forgot the chicken on pizza. For whatever reason they thought they could just give me a pizza with cold chicken top. Final time came after 11 for $1 slices and they changed the rules from September 5th and told us its dine in only. Well ok I decided to done in and the gave us 6 cold burned slices. Why do they think thats ok and this time no manager around to rectify situation. I guess I need to stop giving them my money.. No more Ruckus.. Too difficult to enjoy some good Pizza.

Per the other commenter who said the owner was rude, I can say from some inside knowledge that this is true. He goes after competition by posting comments (yes like this) on competitors review sites and otherwise trying to sabotage their business. So like you should take this one with a grain of salt, you should know that google comments are likely posted by friends and coworkers of a depraved and greedy owner and should also be taken with a grain of salt. Otherwise, my POV on the food is that it is mediocre but it hasnt given me food poisoning like some other Cary restaurants so we continue to go there for pizza sometimes in a pinch. If the owner reads this, I say this: what comes around goes around so why dont you just run your restaurant and stop harassing your competitors. They have NOTHING to do with this post so please dont retaliate on them.

I had to give 3 stars because of the service. The girls that they hire dont have the best training in waiting tables. They are extremely slow with seating you, never seem organized when you come in the door, take forever to greet you at your table, take forever to get you your drinks and dont come back often enough to ask if you need anything else. The wait staff is all females, I have never had a male wait on us and we go weekly. The females all wear very tight clothing and short shorts even when they shouldnt be. Its not in good taste. Other than the terrible wait staff, they do have good food. Weve never had an issue with our food, it is exactly what you order, always hot and decent prices. Just wish the wait staff had better training, maybe they need to be a little more mature and wear more clothing.

Worst place to eat ever. The food was decent but service was terrible!!!!! Went thirty minutes without any interaction and me and my friend were clearly done with our food. She needed a refill and our waitress just kept serving everyone else but us so we did walk out. She came out and hit my car and start yelling at us but apparently it was our fault that we did not get good service. They have seats that face the window and we decided to seat there. She told us we couldve sat anywhere we wanted but we chose that and apparently we were ignoring her but Im sorry that I can hear you if you are talking to me across a bar that Im not sitting at! She was a terrible waitress and she deserves to be fired. You cant forget about your customers just because we didnt sit where you wanted us too.
