Weve ordered our pizza from here for several years with very few problems until tonight. I was VERY upset to find a hand-written delivery receipt showing our FULL credit card # with expiration date, security code, our address and phone number. I called to let them know it was unacceptable and they need to change this. I was informed this is the way theyve done it for over 15 years and will not be changing it. Totally unacceptable. Good pizza but very poor customer service tonight.

Ron Phillips obviously had a misunderstanding, as I just asked for ketchup and got it just fine..the place isnt dirty or nasty, and never has been any time Ive been there. The atmosphere isnt very modern, its a bit aged-but it certainly isnt dirty. Been ordering from McLean pizza for the last 4-5 years and they make best pizza around, hands down. Havent ordered anything off the menu that I havent liked.

The food is yummy. It is like the lost-pizza parlor of my youth where the crust isnt processed or frozen and the grease from the cheese pools on the pizza. The staff has been kind to me and I love the original abstract art on the walls. Tres Chic! This is all coming from a transplant to the DC Metro area, so my taste is a little less demanding than some of the McLean locals.

I went in to get a carry out order of a sub and fries and when I asked for ketchup, the owner offered to sell me a used, half full, bottle of ketchup. I couldnt believe it. Food wasnt that good and the place is dirty and nasty. Bottom line is that I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and will never go there again.

Not an issue (with me even though I like beer & wine) is that they dont serve alcohol. For me rootbeer goes great with pizza. Good service, good food, good prices, and good atmosphere.

Really great community restaurant with outstanding pizza as well as Italian and Greek cuisine. McLean has been around during since 1962 and is a neighborhood institution.

Mclean pizza is really great! The food is fantastically great! (especially the apple pie and the cheese pizza)! The service is great! Whoever says it is bad is wrong!

Very good New York pizza and very solid entrees (lasagna and pasta dishes). Entrees comes with a nice salad. Delivery has been consistently prompt as well.
