Probably the worst place Ive ever eaten at. The food was ok. The service was realy bad. I asked for paper napkins before I started my lunch and the guy(probably the manager, older person) there just made a face indicating that there already is a cloth napkin(I knew about it and I still needed paper napkin to drain the extra oily samosa and tikki). He did not even say a single word in response to my request. Then I asked for tandoori roti instead of naan and again he listens and walks of without a verbal response. Roti did not show up for 10-15 minutes. So, I asked another server who passed by table and instead of telling that it is being prepared, the guy tells me "roti takes long time to prepare" . No real response that anyone would expect. My roti comes right after I get up from my table and ready to leave. The second guy who brought the roti throws it in trash can in front of my face and says a couple of bad words in his language(i guess). I do not recommend this place at all. I am never going here again and anyone who reads this should not waste your money either.

First of all, if there was a option for less than 1 star i would choose that. Me and my friends (about 7 people) wanted to go there for Iftaar, so on our way there we called to place order. Since it was 8 p.m. and we are breaking fast at 8.30 p.m. it make sense to order first so that we can have the food ready on time. First the guy picked up the phone and he suggested that we place order after getting there and he will have it ready in 10 mins. after explaining to him he decided to the order and gave us estimated time of 20 min. (10 min changed to 20 min). About 5 min later when we were almost there he gave us call back, started asking where we at ? Which area we are coming from? How long it will take ? I been to so many restaurant never experienced anything like this. Person in charge should learn how to provide customer service. It was going to be my first time eating there but now i will never go and will not recommend anyone to go either.

Not going there ever again I have been there twice... First time for dinner and didnt like the food... Not sure why the call this place Shere e Punjab coz taste of food in this restaurant has nothing to do with it. Second time for lunch buffet... Pathetic pathetic pathetic... Food was pathetic, water glasses stink... I dont want to give any star rating... But there is no option

The food is always tasty, the staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Always easy to park here too, which is an advantage over the Media location. The naan is very soft and delicious, and Im a big fan of many of the dishes, like shahi paneer, malai kofta, bhindi masala, chicken korma... Too many good choices to list them all.

Buffet was mediocre, all chicken and kofta dishes were seasoned with the same masala. Tandoori chicken was soggy, and being a "Punjabi" restaurant, you would expect some North Indian taste in the food, not just ghee. We came in 30 minutes before buffet was closing and the staff provides minimal and rude service. Go somewhere else.

Wanted the chicken kebab and was given some kind of rolls sitting on a bed of raw onions -- I already said no onions. Vegetable samosas were dry, so so. Ice cream so so, small amount. Golum j small. Ive eaten in Indian restaurants for >40 years, here and in Canada. Most disappointing with menu substitutions, size, quality.

I ordered 2 chicken briyani and 1 veg briyani and some starters. Starters was bit fine, However the so called biryanis was not even taste like pulav. The chicken in the briyani was dry. The taste of those briyani was really blend and absolutely the authentic briyani do not taste like the one I ordered.

I decided to try it the last time I was home visiting my parents. I had the lunch buffet. I felt the price was right and they had a good variety that included many meat dishes. I tried everything and enjoyed it. It is nice that Drexel Hill is getting some food variety

Having had Indian food in the finest of 4 star restaurants in London, I was happily surprised that the food here is actually superior to my London experiences. The staff was friendly and attentive. A rare jewel in a rough neighborhood. All locations are excellent.

This truly is my favorite place to take my family. Their buffet is better than anything Ive found in the city. The okra, goat, and eggplant dishes are not to be missed! They have wonderful customer service, too. They treat my little guys royalty. Go!!

Great ambiance and good food at a decent price. Lamb samosas are a little dry, but huge and flavorful. Stuffed naans (cauliflower, garlic, paneer) are tasty and well worth $3. Try the fried batura - its off menu - with the channa masala.

The rates on the online menu they do not honor. Said I have the wrong menu thats listed right on the linked google page. Very bad practice. Lost a good local customer. Tiffan in Wynnewood is much better.

Very nice dining experience in a very laid back atmosphere. Very good food, good service. Not a posh place but substance makes up for lack of pretension. Nice to have in the Drexel Hill neighborhood.

Love the eggplant dish here. You can also order different spice levels next to your food. Great place. Worth the long drive. They have another location in Glen Mills.

The service here is really lacking. Most everyone is rude, the REALLY good waiter works in the Media location now. However the food is still good.
