Service was very bad for the second time in a row. The wait staff spent more time outside huddled around friends with their dog vs helping customers. Also service was slow to get food in tables. We had to keep juggling wait staff hat walked by us to get small things. My appetizer was awful died for we asked for queso chip. The first batch of chip were good the the side of salsa was tomatoes floating in water. We had the salad replaced and sill the same issue. We got a refill in chips and the refill was cold. We also asked for a milkshake only to fi doubt they didnt have ice cream. Lastly in the signature burger BBQ ended up being a huge chunk of fat. Needless to say I am not coming back. This place used to be good but the last two times is enough for me to take my money elsewhere.

First walked in nobody greeted us for almost 10 minutes. Once someone greeted us and we were seated, we didnt have our server come by for about another 10 minutes..(this is with maybe 3 other tables filled at the time) to come take our order. Once we finally received our order we never seen our waitress Ashley again. We had 4 empty cups, finished appetizer, as well as our meal sitting our table the whole time. After 20 minutes of waiting for at least another drink or just a bill, we just walked up to the register ourself. When we could have easily just walked out and no one would have noticed. I would have understood if the place was packed maybe. I will not waste my time of walking in here again.

A group of us go up for lunch. Showed our coupons for bogo burgers, tells us that they only honor 1 per table, thought the coupon doesnt say that. Should have split up onto two tables... so only two of us got burgers and the rest got something else. Gave me a partially incorrect order, got that rectified. Food was great but took half of our lunch and it wasnt very busy. Waiting for water refills for one person, took a while but it came, my glass was empty and never had it refilled. she asked which two burger orders to use for the bogo coupon.... we looked around at each other... there were only two burger orders... Food great, service will make you sad and late getting back to work...

The cooks DO NOT know how to cook a burger to order. It took 3 tries just to get a medium patty and the manager claimed to cooked the last 2 ....They claim to be hand formed patties, they are not. service is slow at best, I watched 1 1/2 hours go by after I began to wonder if the service was slow.... I went into this location several years ago. the experience was so bad I havent been back until week before last. I went on a weekday with a friend. We had a good waitress. This however, may not be her norm as we were one of only 5 tables during the lunch rush. We went back 10 days later and had the above described experience. They will have to pay me to eat there again. 6.23.15

First time I ate there, customer service was really good and the food was good also. Second time I ate there, horrible customer service. I asked for our waitress if she could provide us some napkins because we never received any at the beginning and she never came back to give us any until I saw a fellow friend that worked there and asked him if he could give us some and he did. Third time I came back, food was heavily salted. I probably wouldnt go back there again and would rather go to the restaurant right next door.

My boyfriend and I had never been here before and we werent really impressed. The server we had was fantastic and wait times not bad but the food wasnt great at all. The burger was bland and had a frozen taste. Didnt taste like a fresh made burger like us expect from a burger joint. I got a berry sangria and it tasted like a cup of straight juice. Nothing to write home about. Might be totally unrelated but my boyfriend did get very sick stomach after eating here. We wont be going out of our way to go back.

I recently had two catering services for my job with this company in the past month and they have been more than SUPER. They make sure the food gets here on time, still warm and that we have EVERYTHING we needed. Nicole Elliot made sure all of orders were correct and delivered the food herself, love working with her. We will definitely continue getting our Lunch and Learns catering done thru them, because they are always OUTSTANDING!! Thank you so much, to the whole staff who are always helpful when I call.

Been there two times. Took about 15 minutes after asking to get drink refills. Service is terribly slow. However thats not the worst. They steal from you... They added at least 7 dollars extra onto their tip. I have them a less than 20% tip because the service was crap. Well they took it anyway. I didnt keep the receipt so I have no proof. Other than my bank statement saying I paid an amount Ive never paid for dining out before. So I will never be going here again.

Customer service was awesome from the outset. Suzie greeted us with a big smile and a hearty welcome. Cassie, our server, continued on with the same great customer sevice. So far, my customer report card is an A. I will update on the food later. Well the food came and all was delicious. Cassie gave us great attention by stopping by to check on us. Also Raquel made us feel very welcomed with some laughter and high spirits. Good job CIP!!! Love it!

Food is good overall. Wait times not bad. I usually try the different burgers which have come to the table hot and fresh. Alcoholic beverages are okay but Ive been told one too many times that a machine was broken or an ingredient was missing to try more. Customer service is kind of hit or miss. From my experience the hostesses/waitresses usually seem very young and inexperienced which had led to either good or bad service .

Honestly I didnt dislike it is very great personable people they try hard to make up for their lacking in being able to get you seated call ahead all you want to not going to help they said 20 minutes and it takes you 2 hours to get a seat the food is great the people are awesome but a $2 appetizer card does not make up for the extra hour you are waiting. Just tell me the truth Ill go to McD next time

I give it 5 stars because the service was great. We were greeted upon arriving and upon leaving. The service was quick; the food and drinks were great! I felt like I was on vacation for a moment, reality kicked in when I walked outside. So great atmosphere and on the list to return again. We have family coming this summer and this is the spot to bring them!

Came in and was immediatley met with a smile and a table. We had five people. Our server Daryl was amazing kept us topped off on drinks and laughs. The food was excellent, the drinks delicious, and the atmosphere wonderdful. If you have never been I highly suggest coming! Just be careful ordering alcohol. A short glass of beer is over $5.00.
