Hello, goodbye. This was my second time at a red robin. There wouldnt be a second if this was my first. My first was a few miles south at the promenade. All craft beer tap list and a nice environment. Here at the airport intersection, it was the opposite. Long story short. If this was your first visit to a red robin, give the other a try. If you need to kill time at the airport, your better off going through tsa a second time... Not really. Better off eating in the airport. The details. Know how major airports and citys have cramped restaurants... This was worse. Wasnt even busy but we were given a table the size of two tv dinners.. And there were 3 of us... And the third was my 2 year old. You need more space with a toddler, not less. Plus with all stuff on the table. Ketchup, salt, tablet,etc... All of which were slimy for some reason. You dont want a toddler reaching for your hot plate or your beer. The table next to us, elbow rubbing distance. And with no room to leave, the guys butt rubbed my water glass on his way out, because it was at the edge since it was a cramped table. Then the sunset. Not normally a complainer, especially about sunsets, but this was right in my eye. Blinding. The waitress, who i have no complaints about, closed a blind when she saw it, but others kept opening it. Probably because it was on the door to go outside. So either way, it was like paparazzi when people were going in and out. Also the awkward corner, and me being 6ft almost 200lbs, i was constantly bumped by bus tubs, and kicked by pedestrians. This was not the worst dining experience ever.... It was the worst seat Ive ever had at a dining experience. And finally, the least important, they got my food wrong, all of it. Not the waitress fault, she knew what i ordered off the top of her head, and knew the burger shouldnt have tortillas on it and fixed it. Same with dessert. Basically Im normally a local eater, i was surprised how much i liked the other RR. 3 stars there. Food is still glorified fast food with an atmosphere and a bar. But it had good beer and music and was friendly (and kid friendly) This was all unacceptable and turned me off from going back to either red robin.

I took my Daughter here on 3/7/11. Our food was okay but the garnish piece of lettuce that came with our meal had a huge dirt splotch on it! (see picture I am posting) It was very easy to notice but whoever plated the food didnt notice it and neither did our waitress. The service not so good either. Usually Red Robin staff is attentive in that they check on you a few minutes after you get your food to make sure everything is okay (like to make sure there isnt big splotch of dirt on your food) but our waitress didnt come over for around 15 minutes. Also, it took about 20 minutes for them to get a wrap and a kids mac and cheese to us and it was not even busy (we got there about 11:35am). The manager compt my meal and gave me a $10 gift card so that was nice but certainly does not make up for dirty food. I will not go back here again. We Usually go to the one on RT 33 across from Wegmans and everything is much better about that Red Robin so I guess that is where we will have to go from now on even though it is much farther away.

I used to eat at Red Robin a lot but Ive stopped going here lately because of the price increases and the portion size reductions. Basically, they jacked up up the prices of items and at the same time, reduced the portion size. I went here with four people for lunch this past weekend and the total bill was over $80, and there was no alcohol. That is expensive for a glorified hamburger joint. To top it off, the waitress we had was terrible. Service was slow and not very friendly. I asked multiple times for a glass of ice but never received it. My wife asked for a diet coke with a lime but got a lemon instead. The side of fries that came with my burger only had 11 fries (Yes, I actually counted them because it looked so ridiculously small). Ill be hard pressed to come back.

Ate here tonight 10/22. Overall, good for a franchise. Our waitress, Missy G. was very good when she was present (she went missing for about 15 minutes after we received our food). There also seemed to be an over abundance of staff. Our table got the potato and clam chowder soups and they were definitely better than I had expected (Ive gotten the French onion soup in the past and it was horrible). Burgers were also great, as always at Red Robin. Their menu looks like it recently expanded which is great, offering a wider variety.

Beware the table kiosks. One of our 5 year olds started playing on it when we sat down. I didnt realize they changed it to allow you to be charged without an afult authorizing it. Found a $2 charge added to our bill. Food was mediocre. French onion soup was tasty but the onions were a bit too firm, meaning they were undercooked. Ordered shrimp and cod and it came out limp, not crispy and I had to ask for the tartar sauce it was supposed to come with.

The banzai burger is my go to favorite and this place did not disappoint. The shorty stack of onion rings is just the right amount for 2 people. The decor and atmosphere finds the perfect balance between grown ups and families, so i didnt feel like i was eating in a preschool. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. I couldnt get my table technology to work for ordering refills, but it worked for calling a server and paying the bill.

Bad experience over all. Waitress asks how we want our burgers done, we both say medium rare. When the food comes out theyre well done, when I tell her theyre over done she said thats just how it is there, they dont do rare.No offer to fix it or apology at all. Why not tell people before the food comes out that they cant have what theyre ordering? Fries were cold, waitress was rude, parking lot was weird. Would not go there again.

To some it up.....this place is horrible. Make that, the chain is horrible. The food is lousy (menu must have been designed by a drunk freshman college student), the atmosphere is horrible (loud, loaded with tvs, and NOW they put an interactive menu on the table so that you can spend more money on games and songs and get less service). I can go on but, Ill just conclude by saying, "Ill NEVER go there again".

Red Robin is known for having creative burgers. But thats all this place really has to offer. Its your traditional American restaurant. Theres nothing extravagant about this burger chain. A nice place to enjoy some food. The meat is what really makes a burger. Their meat isnt anything to boast about. Just the creativity that goes behind the burgers on the menu.

In a very commercial area. Thus it can be high traffic during Friday and Saturday nights. Longest weve waited I believe is 15 minutes. Good cocktails and large selection of good beers including crafts on tap. And of course Red Robins delicious burgers. The food here has always been delicious each time. Service is also usually quite excellent.
