Love the food & very clean. Came here for the first time at 9:30 pm. on Saturday, May 14. They close at 10:00 pm. As soon as we walked in the door, the employees complained amungst themselves that we came in 30 minutes before close. Doesnt make us feel very welcome. We didnt even get a smile out of ANY of the employees. Every time more customers walked in the doors, they got an attitude and make nasty faces. Didnt greet ANYONE.

This was my first and last time here. Food was over priced. Ended up paying 5 bucks for a normal hotdog that my child didnt like and this girl loves hotdogs. The staff were very unpleasant. Then after seeing the total for 4 drinks, 3 burgers and the hotdog, the cashier asked if we wanted fries... What kind of place charges that much$ then wants more for fries???

overall bad experience. Noisy because staff workers were constantly shouting out to each other, orders and miscellaneous item needs, e.g. one patty, two patties, rolls, etc. My bacon cheeseburger was very small (cost $6.69) with a few crumbles of bacon under a BURNT burger. Additionally, I waited 20 mins. for 2 small burgers & 1 soggy small fry.

The guys and girls that work here are awesome, they always take care of me when I come in. Im usually in between 9p and 10p, so of course its not as busy, but still its natural for things to get hectic at a super popular restaurant during rush hours. Im always in and out in less than 15 minutes. Love this place and the folks that work there :)

I ...as a rule...do not eat hamburgers.....I just dont like them. I like chicken. My husband wanted to eat here and I agreed to try it for him. 5 guys have THE BEST burgers ever!!!!! We have eaten there many times since then. YUMMY!!!! ....and the fries!!!! They are delicious and they give you plenty!!! We love it!!!!!

My brother and I went at 3 in the afternoon they were not busy at all and had to wait 20 mins for one double cheeseburger and two milkshakes and we both asked for no whip cream and we both got whip cream on it and they were not mixed well at all first time where and was not happy at all ! Propably wont be back

It pains me to give a Five Guys a poor review. Generally Five Guys is one of my favorite indulgences. This Five Guys had a very long wait, for a VERY skimpy BLT (only 4 slices of bacon), and EXTREMELY SOGGY greasy fries. I guess I will drive down to Hagerstown when I want Five Guys.

Five Guys is one of my favorite burger franchises. Stopped by here a couple of times while traveling. Found the staff to be very friendly and professional, even the younger staff members. Burgers, hot dogs & spicy fries never disappoints.

Best chain store burger and the best fries anywhere. Theres a Red Robin across the street... not sure why. Its twice the price and half as nice. The grill dogs are excellent, too.

I dont see the appeal of anything but the season fries. Everything is very overpriced. Expect peanut shells on the floor (not too many). Staff is friendly.
