NO Service at all! My husband and I were there earlier this afternoon. We were greeted at the door. We told the hostess that we were going to sit at a table in the bar area, 10+ minutes later we were still waiting for a server to acknowledge our presence. We heard several dishes/glasses crashing to the floor in the kitchen. Several servers walked by our table without a glance, let alone a greeting. Im guessing that our business is not needed for TGIFRIDAYS to survive; although, given the fact that there were very few customers in the entire place, one would think that every customer in the restaurant is needed in order for TGIFRIDAYS to stay in business. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere; however, I did call and express our disappointment to the manager on duty.

Theres fast food, theres elegant dining, then theres a place like TGI Fridays where I can go dressed less than perfect, but still have a great time at a value price. First, theres the apps... Endless. Did you hear me? Endless!! The potstickers... The boneless wings... The mozzarella sticks... All the yummiest of food! The steak salad was delectable! The endless drinks (soft drinks... Im not a drinker)... And then theres the service: all praise goes to Amybeth... She was awesome and attentive... Even while mentoring new recruits that were freshly hired. Highly recommended... If youre in our little burg, give a look-see at the Fridays... You wont regret it.

There was a lot of problems with our meal. We had to repeat ourselves several times, correcting the waitress since she kept messing up our order. We had the wrong items brought to us multiple times. Two of us asked for clam chowder and had cheddar and broccoli brought to us. Most of the food was tasteless. What had flavor wasnt cooked right. We asked for a medium rare steak and it was well done. The bathrooms were very dirty and didnt have any toilet paper. It will be a long time, if ever, before we return.

Always good food ,great service. Nice to kick back enjoy company . Games are always on. But , never too loud to catch up. Couple or Family Fridays is our go to . We use our app and get great coupons. Great location for travelers. With parking for trucks and trailers. March 21st. They changed menu again. And not for the better. So disappointed in the New Spinach dip. Ribs were tough to eat . pretty bummed.. Lost 2 stars..not my Favorite go to anymore.

Ribs were delicious granddaughter sliders were hard she couldnt bite it. Fries were not fresh seemed like they were setting until everyones meal was finished. Just a suggestion serve the meals as they are done. I would wait for food that I could eat all of it and enjoy. It will be a while before I try TGI Fridays again. This ia my second time here last time we had to send French fries back. It is getting better.

They were very busy when we arrived and after about a 25 minute wait we were seated. Our waitress was polite and effeciant and the manager was fantastic handling his crew, he even brought out our drinks and introduced himself and said if we needed anything to get him. Food was delicious and piping hot! Great experience!

I love to eat at Fridays. They have the BEST ribs with the Jack Daniels sauce. I took my husband out today for Fathers Day, and we left there very pleased. He had the rib eye steak and it was done JUST the way he liked it. Keep up the good work. And kudos to the waiters and waitresses.

7.21.17 8pm - Very clean environment and great service! The wait was only ten minutes. Our server ( Meredith )was very helpful and on top of every order ! We been to a lot of Fridays and this has been the best experience! ThankYou Fridays Chambersburg

Some food was served overcooked tonight, but was quickly rectified. Usually food is good. Staff has always been helpful. Drinks were well made and refreshing. Nice place to relax and chill after a long day.

The service was great but the food was very mediocre. The mac & cheese didnt have much cheese, the parmasean crusted chicken had too much garlic, and was just very pricey for the portion sizes they gave.

Ive loved this place every time Ive been there! Plenty of great food at reasonable prices! Great staff as far as I could tell! I also love it because it isnt as loud as some of the other places.
