The first time we came here it took over a half hour just to place our order. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for a check and another half hour to pay for our check. The food is good, typical Red lobster, but the service was horrible. So we decided to give it another try tonight.. we ordered skinny long islands and received margaritas. My wife asked for shrimp Alfredo 10 minuted later clam chowder came out. They took it back then manager came by and asked how everything was.. We said that we were waiting for the shrimp Alfredo and she said she would check on it.. ten minutes later we received shrimp scampi and teriyaki shrimp.. finally we asked for the check.. it was right. So we gave her the card.. and she came back having charged us a different bill

Today being an especial day for us ,we choose your Restaurant. We wait almost an hour for a table. We sat someone came in to our table introduced herself and almost throw the bread to the table. We thought maybe it is hot .at the end we asked for a box. She brought two little boxes. I said could you bring me a bigger box and she said we dont have a bigger box. I replied back to her and I said I saw the next table in front of us getting bigger boxes.she said we do have huge boxes then I want that box. She came back with an attitude and she said we dont give away those boxes and left. I was very disappointing with her service, we were very sad that the customer service at your location was the worst experience ever.

The food and service were very good, but the thing I liked most was the honesty of the workers and staff. My teenage son and I had a late lunch at the Dulles location. My son accidentally left his iPOD on the table when we left. The waitress (I think her name was Tiffany) found the iPOD and although she could have put it in her pocket, she elected to report it to the manager. Several hours later my son discovered he was missing the iPOD. I called the restaurant and the manager assured me that they would hold on to the device until I picked it up. She was true to her word as we immediately drove back to the restaurant and secured the iPOD. Kudos to the Dulles Red Lobster and their staff!!

Service was soooo slow and we were forgotten once we sat down as if the server was supposed to get off and forgot to tell her sub that we were even there. Then the meal finally came --in almost an hour--and the portions were NOT regular size we had previously. Crab legs were good but the lobster was NOT great. the biscuits are far better at Herndon. These are hard enough times and people will definitely start to realize they just do not get their hard earned moneys worth here. Next time we will avoid RL and head for Legal Seafood or even Clydes for great seafood.When they opened Sterling it was grest--they must have lost chefs. Think about it before going here.

Well we just finished our meal here at the dulles red lobster, and we couldnt be more happier. Our server, ariel, was fantastic. And the food was delectable as well. Though the lettuce in the caesar wasnt as crisp as I would like, the knowlegable server and fantastic entrees made up for this small less-than perfect experience. I would definitely recommend this red lobster to anyone because even on this busy friday night, they still deliver an experience cousine and atmosphere that is A+. Kudos to ariel once again.

The Bunster
Had lunch there today. Got their Lobster Bake. No bake about it. Some boiled pasta with lobster still in the shell with what appears to be watered down chicken broth. It all had been boiled to death. No taste. Was there really garlic in it, could have fooled me. Even the crackers with the lobster bisque were stale. No excuse for that. RB is getting too expense for the quality or lack of quality food you get.

Jan was an amazing server. she was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We had the lobster artichoke dip which was delicious. i tried the mudslide which i highly recommend to anyone that likes milkshakes alcohol. i see all the reviews about slow service but i didnt see that. i mean it wasnt right in front of me as soon as i ordered it. but i feel like any good place leaves some time between the meals.

We went to Red Lobster for the first time. The food was good and the staff was friendly. However, they did mess up the orders. I got beans instead of asparagus and my wife did not want rice but they still served it. It was not the waiters fault as he got the order correct. On the flip side, I spilled my beer and it was replaced with no extra charge. I would definitely visit this place again.

If you come and sit at the bar, youd be lucky to have Sebastian to take care of you. Personable and knowledgeable every time I come. Now they have a new globally inspired menu which looks amazing. And of course you just cant not give commendations on their staple item, cheddar bay biscuits. Calories be damned. That and a Lobsterita to wash it all down...maybe 2.

last time going there. tonight the clams were way overcooked almost burned. the crab cakes arent same ones we had about a month ago. $12 for 2 crab cakes i took one bite out of. It was HORRIBLE!!!! spent over $100 tonight. what a joke. Will not be going back. go to Olive Garden or anywhere else would have been better. Never again!!

Its been years since Ive been to a Red Lobster and this was a good experience. The server was very attentive but not too annoying in that they visited the table too much. The food was good but everything I had was very butter. I might rather have the butter sauce on the side next time. The menu had a wide assortment of full dishes.

My son wanted to have his 11th birthday dinner at Red Lobster. We were seated at a table fairly quickly especially being that it was a Friday night. The service was a little slow, but the food was good. Not as good as weve had before but still okay. The biscuits werent so great which was too bad, but my son was still happy.

We had dinner on Monday April 17,2017, our waitress named Danielle she went above and beyond she was really wonderful. She made sure we were up on our drinks and kept us informed on our meals and just her personality was great. I would love for her to be our waitress every time we go there.

We just finished having our Easter Sunday meal here at Red Lobster. The service was wonderful. The wait staff was wonderful. Have nothing but High Praise for everyone here. The food was absolutely delicious. We were so hungry when our food arrived, we forgot to take photos of it..

Too expensive for what you get. Red Lobster is one of those places you go every few years. Its ok. Biscuits are good. Rest of the food is just average at expensive prices. Service was good. They couldnt serve frozen or fountain drinks the night we went.
