This is the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. The head manager who is an Asian woman and the store manager Rafi are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. They are the laziest and cheapest workers I have ever seen. They give you the smallest quantity of food, even the options where you pay about $1.50 extra for a dish, for example Shangai angus steak. They do this because it requires the employees to cook more and to take the time to make more food and loosing more quantities of food to serve more food to customers. Im assuming the more food that they cook the more money they loose because it has a chance that no one will purchase it. They want to save more older food and not waste the inventory of food that they have. That is the whole point of A restaurant/fast food industry. Every other Panda Express that I have ever been to like fair oaks mall Panda Express or Tysons mall Panda Express they always give great portions. And they have great customer service. This Manassas Panda Express located on Sudely have disrespected me and my mother numerous of times saying that " Every time you walk into this place no one ever wants to serve you so the door is right there" Yelling at my mother who is a frequent customer by the store manager Rafi. the Asian manager has yelled at me numerous of times because I asked her nicely to put a few pieces of meat on my plate because they gave 6 small pieces of meat Every time we walk into this place the Asian manager tells all of her employees to not serve us and that she will take over simply to insure that we are given no food wit of the employees to not serve us simply to insure that she will give as little portion as possible when we are paying around $7-12 dollars of food. This service is outrageous and is in desperate need to change friendly fair and well mannered hard working managers in order for this Panda Express location in sudley Manassas to succeed. According to all the other reviews, everyone having the same issues and is outraged by their customer service. The Panda Express franchise will not succeed with these managers in this Manassas location. I also took the time to call customer service and there was no answer on the day and time they stayed they were open and I still received no answer. The Panda Express franchise or whoever is in charge of this Manassas The Main problem that needs to be solved is to fired and get rid of the Asian woman manager that I forgot the name of and the store manager Rafi a middle eastern man. Panda Express franchise must do something before you loose all of its loyal customers and new customers who come across these reviews and second guess spending their hard earned money on such a disrespectful horrible customer service.

Sad!! Just drove in the cold and rain to Panda to get what typically is a decent meal for fast food and was nice to see the parking lot was not as packed as usual so it wouldnt be a long wait. Got inside and WOW!! No fried rice, less than a serving of black pepper chicken, orange chicken and zero teriyaki chicken with NONE cooking!! Several other things I do not like had only a smattering and MAYBE a full serving in the trays. Two cooks standing by the grills just starting out at the serving line, nothing being prepped. Well, youre still open for another 90 minutes at least so maybe cooking some food would be useful!!! Guess having an adult manager around to honcho things would be asking too much. May have just lost my business for life... But hey, why should they care -they churn enough business that pissing off one doesnt phase them. Sad commentary on where American business had gone.

Worst visit ever. I usually go there because I love the food and the staff was really nice. I mean theres a couple people in the stuff that are friendly still but in my last visit omg what an experience i go on the line and the Manager took my order worst manager i ever seen ..it felt like she was rushing me and she didnt ever let me finish what i was saying ..she was like you want this you want that ..and she gave me the worst potions of food i have ever got for the amount of money I paid..i feel sorry for the stuff that works there because the manager seem very unprofessional to be a manager. I wont go there untill i know they changed the manager. Because i realized she the one who give miserable portions and has a bad attituded..not like the rest of her stuff

Me and my husband stopped by to get some lunch after we attended church we were very pleased to eat here and when we got our food it was so gross the chow mein was dry the shrimp was okay the rice was gross and my steak that I paid extra for didnt even taste like steak was all fatty meat. My husband was throwing up in the bathroom I couldnt eat no more so I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wasnt here today so I asked for a refund and she said only for one because the other plate was eaten I said maam my husband is in the bathroom throwing up. She was arguing with me instead of helping me. Rude!! & their food is so gross!! Not as good as it seems

They disrespected me and my family and asked her to leave because she simply asked for MORE FOOD. the servers are very lazy therefor are cheap with their servings. Shanghai beef already costs about 1.25$ extra so I think I deserve a decent serving. The middle eastern cashier literally told us that they hate to serve my family and I. Then he told us the door is right there and we can LEAVE. the general manager is an older Asian woman and she has the worst attitude. EVERY OTHER PANDA EXPRESS IS GREAT. beware of this one. I even tried to call customer service but guess what? NO ANSWER.

Worst Service ever, I got (2) plates both with Double string bean chicken and both had hair in them I called the store asked to speak with the manager and the manager told me no that cannot be its "impossible" I said I took one bite found a hair and then looked further to find another hair in both dishes... The manager laughed and said they cannot refund me for both only one and that its impossible for both to have hair maybe one but not both... This is disgusting and whats more surprising is that the manager seemed to be okay with it. I will never eat there again!

My husband and I recently ate at Panda Express, and it was the worst dining experience we have ever had. The food appeared as if it has been sitting out for hours, and it was barely above room temperature. It was also bland (especially the fried rice), and the rangoons and chicken were overcooked. We couldnt even finish our meals because the food tasted so poor, and I became very ill within an hour of leaving the restaurant. The only positive part of our experience was that the restaurant appeared to be fairly clean.
