Ordered the waffle with Nutella except it wasnt Nutella. When I asked the server about it she at first argued it definitely was Nutella except Im a big fan of Nutella and a chef to top, so I reiterated that it wasnt. To which she responded "oh well its our version of Nutella. Its a chocolate sauce." It definitely was a cheap version of Hershey chocolate syrup from the bottle and tasted terrible. I expressed this politely but she merely shrugged and walked away. I didnt eat the waffle and she asked me if I wanted to pack it. I said no thanks it was not what I wanted and charged me it on the bill. I paid and left a lousy tip. They got their sale but they definitely will not get this repeat customer. A shame bc it was a cute space. Ps: the tofu scramble is not a "scramble" ... its a plate of vegetables with two thin slices of tofu on the plate. Wish I took pictures but Im not usually big on taking food pics.

If you are someone who wants your coffee in the morning, make sure you avoid this place, or bring coffee with you. I understand the food can take a while to come when your packed but coffee? That should be able to come a little quicker than a half hour I would think. Food should be hot when it takes this long to come out as well, very dissapointed. You only see your waiter when they take your drink order, when you flag them down, or when they bring the check, the runner will bring the food. Service was lousy, food was average at best, and maybe its just me, but I become irritable when I dont get my coffee.

I absolutely love Jumbars! The food is excellent, you can tell it is made with fresh ingredients. Yes, the place is crowded for lunch which tells you that the food is good. If you are in a hurry for your coffee and lunch, then go to Panera where the food is processed and overpriced. I would gladly wait a little longer because I know its going to be good every single time and made to order! PS, my dad loves Jumbars and everytime we go to lunch I know that is where he wants to go. He loves the coffee and quiche.

finally came at 12:20pm. No notice that service was behind, or that perhaps they were under staffed, or even the moderate check in to see if anything was needed. No apologies, nobody seemed to care. We waited it out as we were already invested, even as others around us decided to leave. When the food finally did arrive, it was average, not bad, but not good either. Portions extremely small, which was surprising. Overall just a bad experience, unfortunately will not be returning.

Takes forever, expect at least an hour and a half for something as simple as eggs over easy. We, as well as others around us received some of the poorest service I have ever seen. They keep you waiting and give an attitude if you ask for anything, and the finally when the food did arrive, our order wasnt even correct. Food was average, wasnt bad, but the experience was a poor one that I would prefer not to experience again.

A treat - visited on a hot day in July while in-between Bethlehems two bookstores. Dont come here to rush. Come to savor. I was planning to eat on the go, but glad I sat and ate in. Lovely fresh and interesting food. Hope I can get there again one day. Bought a delicious home baked European style cookie for my journey.

Slowwww service, sub-par food. Fruit parfaits only have 1-2 fruits in and hardly any granola. Scrambled eggs very runny, undercooked. Terribly weak coffee. Regular cheese pizza unexpectedly has no sauce on it, just tomatoes. Pancakes tasted like a burger which was probably grilled right before on same spot.

While it is a breakfast and lunch establishment, it feels a whole lot more like a tearoom. Tables are small and tightly spaced. Food is tasty (I enjoy their oatmeal). Its a Hollywood location scouts dream college town restaurant. Ample parking across the street and along the street.

Enjoyed a quite brunch alone. Was surprised at the number of options available. Enjoyed my Greek omelet though it was a little light in the feta and all the olive was at one end. But it was the perfect amount of food for me. Service us a little slow bye they tell you to expect that.

Great place for lunch. Small, cozy, and very nice ambiance. Friendly staff and prompt service on a Thursday at lunch. The baby Bella panini was delicious even without the cheese. The baked goods looked scrumptious.

Nice place to come to on the back streets of Bethlehem. Great place to ride a bike to for breakfast/brunch. Sufficient organic choices for the sensible eater, creatively conceived food treatment. Nice.

Great service. If you dont want to wait go on a weekday. Food is fresh and delicious. Menu has a tasty spin on a lot of traditional comfort foods. Be sure to grab a bakery item to go on your way out!

The food was amazing. Overall, a great place to eat for breakfast. Its crowded but the food does all the talking on why its busy. If you have the time and patience, you will have an amazing time.

Very crowded with limited seating. Had to wait for over 30 mins for a table on a Saturday morning. Food was pretty standard. Omelet was bland. The grilled sticky buns were good though.

Really should instruct their servers not to hand orders across the table, except when there is restricted access.
