Late January I visited Panera Bread with my adult son who has a mild physical disability & uses a walker. One of the managers "Adam" saw us walking in and graciously met us at the door. Once we were ready, he offered to bring our meal to our table, we accepted. The food was great but this mans kind service was even greater!! Since my son resides in that area we will definitely be back!! Thank you Adam and thank you Panera Bread!

The food is always solid. The pasties are very good. The cashiers are very friendly and efficient. The crew that puts the orders together...HORRIBLE. My last two visits my orders have been screwed up with either incorrect items or missing items. Sure, I should check my bag before I go. Instead, how about his option...just get the order right.

Be warned; bad service from certain cashiers. Be careful who you get as a cashier; we had a female cashier who complained about her job incessantly and burned our food! Her hair was messy and her personality was akin to debbie downer. Wow. On the plus side, the manager understood and took care of everything.

I love that you can call ahead and order, leave your name and pick it up within 5-10 minutes. Also, I have never had burnt, over/undercooked food. My food is always hot and delicious! Sometimes the cashier doesnt know, but that happens to everyone at work once in a while...Great Food

sad because i wanted mac and cheese and they didnt give me bread and i asked my friend to ask for me and she wouldnt and then they gave me yogurt and i still want bread and the mac and cheese is all liquid and no mac :((( ughhhh but otherwise its really good

Its Panera. Its always over crowded, busy, expensive, & typically mess something up. But if youre really craving a bread bowl, just suck it up & go
