Your location at 717 S Trooper Rd, Audubon, PA 19403 is absolutely awful. Although I love Qdobas food, the staff and management their is god awful. They make a mistake nearly every time I go and I go frequently. A frequent mistake they make is mixing up 2 burritos and putting toppings for one burrito on the other even though they are done one at a time and given everything for each burrito one at a time. This of course happened today. When called, the employee who answered and had been making the burrito, admitted that because of 2 of them making it, they had switched the burritos. When a manager took the phone, he then tried to blame us as customers because of the mistake. We were then accused of trying to exploit the store even though we had offered to bring back the burritos and show exactly what they did wrong. Your general manager for that location Albert Thomas, was then extremely rude and laughed at the idea of wanting the burrito done correctly as ordered. Both my girlfriend and myself love Qdoba burritos and have been frequent visitors to your store but this will no longer be the case. Unfortunately, there are no other nearby locations and although it is much farther, I would rather go to Chipotle from now on. I sincerely hope that your company as a whole is better than this but this location has made it so that I will no longer eat at Qdoba in the future.

We were looking for an authentic Mesican restaurant but couldnt find good reviews until we found Qdoba. We drove 10 miles to a very clean restaurant that smelled very nice. The staff were all very enthusiastic about our visit. They seemed to genuinely love the food and the place in which they were working. It was fairly easy to order and we didnt have to wait long at all. They did a good job of explaining what was available and that they would fix us the foods any way we wanted. I had the Mexican Gumbo which is a make your own bowl of soup. It was very filling and very tasty. I had the hottest sauce in mine and it wasnt over the top for my strong taste buds. If I have to mention one thing that could have been improved upon it is the rice. While the white rice they served was fine, I expected a more Mexican looking/tasting flavor.... you know, yellow or brownish, with spices. But that is all I could come up with to complain about and thats not saying much. I would definitely go back.

My family never complains when I take them here because the food is truly delicious. The guacamole is always fresh here. This location in particular always has clean tables too, so you dont need to clean the table before enjoying your meal. Also, the rice is always soft and fresh.. no hard bits of rice like you may find at some mexican restaurants. If its not busy there, the manager will walk to your table and ask if youre enjoying your meal. *Tip: when they ask what kind of bean you want and you cannot decide between black and pinto, you can ask for mixed :)

This is for the Oaks, PA branch. The men behind the counter dont really care how they prepare the burrito, They just sloppily scoop everything on the tortilla. The result, a burrito with too much rice and not much of everything else that really matters. Maybe they were instructed to really pile on the rice, after all, it seems to be the cheapest ingredient on a burrito. All this to give the customer an illusion of a really big burrito. It is big but its all rice. Not going back there.

My son and I really like this place and make it a point to go there when the girls do their play thing. The food is always solid and they have a nice set of selections and options, from the meat choice to sauces and add ons. What really drive the 5 Star ids that they added guacamole for FREE now on any entree. Extra bonus is they upgraded their app to a reward type so worth getting that and working toward free grub.

Qdoba is not as good as it used to be. Ive been dining at this location for 9 years. I used to receive free nachos with my burritos, but not anymore. Plus, customer service at this location has fallen apart. Their newer employees have a ghetto attitude. If you ask them nicely to add extra cheese to your order, they give you a dirty look. I only come here when Im treated to lunch.
