First time here we sat at the bar where the Bar Manager Josh talked to what looked like his friends while ignoring all other customers. He would also send the only other bartender on errands, so no one was getting very much service at all. The drinks and beer were decent when we could get some (I could only get one), and when we were able to order from the other bartender, the drinks came quick. Im positive we would have had one more drink each if we were served in timely manner. It took 14 minutes to be acknowledged after receiving our appetizer. We ordered the Brisket Pierogies which were decent but not too hot even in the skillet they came in. We also were finally able to order a 1/4 lb of brisket and Buttermilk Biscuits. The brisket was cold and didnt taste even remotely smoked, and the two biscuits ($3 ea) were tiny. Not sure well ever come back, nor recommend the location. I hope this was just a fluke and they are normally on their game.

Brought 12 hungry Football players form the Muhlenberg Mules for a Sunday morning feast. The manager set us up in the side room with HUGE TVs and Football, Football, Football. The waitress/Bartender and all the support staff did a fantastic job on keeping the drinks flowing, water glasses filled and then there was the food. It was like a back yard BBQ, food was awesome, corn bread almost as good as wifeys. Again, there were 14 of us, and the young lady behind the bar did not miss a beat. You have to try her Bloody Mary made with a thick piece of bacon and a spot of Guinness. YUM, take my suggestion though and add a shrimp to it. Again, the food was plate licked delicious and no one left feeling hungry.

Would not recommend this place for multiple reasons: 1. We had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes for a table, making us late for the hockey game. 2. Overall poor service. It seemed like the staff had no idea what they were doing. They encouraged us to eat fast since we had to wait for our table, then when finished, we had to wait almost 15 minutes for our check! 3. This is not real BBQ. Looked and tasted like it came from an electric smoker that wasnt equipped with a water pan. Could make better chicken in a crockpot and the brisket tasted more like a point cut due to fat content. The sauce made it edible. Nothing special. Not worth it for dinner. Only thing we liked were the perogies.

Not only is the food and atmosphere amazing here, but the customer service and staff are beyond expectations. Our waiter Zeek and the manager Matt were superb when we had a difficult experience with our toddler. They not only helped him stay happy and calm, but supported us when he was acting out a bit. I have never experienced such care and supper the in a restaurant as a parent or even before parenthood. Hoping back to the food, wow. There is no better bbq around. We had the nachos, pie-rogues, ribs, and cider slaw and nothing disappointed. The ribs were simply prefect! Go here, now.

Basically its glorified overpriced bar food. Its served in red plastic baskets, with a paper Lining. The food quality is ok. Good selection Of beer. So if you just finished a sports event at the Arena & you want large screen TVS on Sports Chanels , & some beer ...... this is your Place. It took the waiter Zack three trips to our Table before he was ready to take our order. The total time for our food to arrive was 23.00 Minutes, this was on a Sunday night at 7 pm, While the hockey game was still going.

The service was amazing. The place is so clean. The menu has a great selection. We were there with a party of 12 & we all loved everything. The food has AMAZING fresh flavor. There is something for everyone here. We loved the homemade sauces Ol smoky was a favorite with the kids. We would definitely come back. Jerry Straub is running a superb place. From the front desk with Matt to the server Danielle EVERYTHING was just great. If you havent checked it out yet I highly recommend it .

This is barbeque people! The food is well conceived and well executed. The cocktails are clever and enjoyable. The servers are consistently good and friendly, and thw prices are reasonable. To the reviewer complaining about the fast-casual baskets: If you came here expecting fine china, please read the first line of this review! I recommend the ridiculous brisket if you love meat and cheese, and I request a biscuit with it. Cheat your diets and enjoy!

Same owners as Bayou. I really like this restaurant. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I like the fried chicken and food overall better at Bayou. QCB is a much larger restaurant than Bayou though and they play music. So this could be a really fun place to go with friends, large booths, big bar, many tvs throughout. Whereas Bayou being small feels more intimate for a date or small group.

Awesome food in a trendy, nice part of the city. It has somewhat of a sports bar atmosphere with lots of television and a good beer/mixed drink list. Prices were fair and service is great. We were part of a large group and they had a private room in the back to accommodate us. It was not a hockey night so a reservation wasnt necessary, but i could imagine it getting very busy for any event at PPL Center.

The portions werent substantial we spent 40 dollars(after discount) and still left hungry... food was disappointing manager seemed very uninterested in our options of the food some of the bread was stale and took ages to receive our drinks... Tori was very thorough in describing food items and made many recommendations excellent server but the rest needs work

For Allentown, this place is great. Good beer selection. Nice patio. Chicken and biscuits are outstanding. However, if the bartender whos trying, rather poorly, for the Che Guevara look is working avoid the bar at all costs. Hes a generally miserable human being and an awful bartender to boot.

The food is delicious and they have a good drink selection including alcoholic slushies. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces are both cute. There have indoor and outdoor bars And dogs are allowed outside at the picnic tables.

Very, very disappointed. Love the Bayou and had high expectations for Queen City. We placed take out order. Ribs and brisket were way too dry. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Highly recommend the Bayou but not Queen City.
