This place looks unimpressive from the outside but you will be thankful that you stepped inside. The barbecue is great. Its got a vinegar tomato based sauce that is mouth watering.the sides, including collard greens and macaroni and cheese are about the most authentic Ive had from any place that serves ""southern cuisine". There are also an assortment of canned goods and oriental food and drink (not prepared food, but goods) and a door to door shipping service to the Philippines available through the store. The store also boasts brisket, ribs, and .baked beans which we did not have the opportunity to try, but which promise to be just as good as the pulled pork. The service was well done and downright friendly. if youre on highway 13 and have the opportunity to stop, you will surely celebrate the food and your experience.

Had pulled pork, pulled chicken and the potato salad. Both the pork and chicken had too much BBQ sauce. It would be better to serve the BBQ sauce on the side and let the customer mix it in. As for the potato salad, it had double or triple the amount of mayonnaise that I find acceptable. I was able to pull out a couple pieces of potato to eat then threw out what was still a 85% full pint of "potato" salad.

Bbq ribs is one of the best I had ever! U can taste the flavor of smoke. They cook on a REAL SMOKER with just wood, not one of those new electric smokers crappie. Try it youll love it. Also ladies r very nice that work there!

Bought beef short ribs. When leaving, I told my wife. Fresh cooked ribs. The lady working there said, they were cooked two days ago. Will not be going back there.
