When I first came in to this location, I gave a raving review. Was a holiday weekend and no one was in there. Have gone back two times and it has been subpar. When I pay 10 for a combo meal I expect to get meat on the subs at least. Now that is a total of $40 I have spent with nothing much on the sandwiches. Had the owner , BOB , call me and I am speechless. He thanked me for letting me know and said they put so many ounces of meat on their subs. Well, last two times the did not. NO offer of at least comping for one sub.. nothing. Since the owner does not appear to care about his guests, I no longer have any desire to go back in and spend another $ 20 on sandwiches with nothing on them. Attitudes like this is what causes businesses to close.. just saying

The workers last night were so awful within first few minutes I just walked out. What a shame there are bad employees, not sure about all of them. The ones at 630 last night when you expect a restaurant to have people dining. To see no one I side I found out quickly based on the attitude I received just by picking up a menu, heads being shaken in no, dirty looks my way and whispers as if I interrupted something. It wasnt until I started walking out the door. One young lady snapped her gloves off and decided to walk towards front. I told her never mind. Such a shame I really wanted a fire house sub. I had one at another location before and loved it.

The food is always good. It can become busy during lunch hour-really busy, but it is worth the wait. The Firehouse greeting is also a nice touch. On my most recent visit, my sandwich was given to another customer, resulting in a 30 minute wait for me. They resolved the issue by giving me a card for a free sandwich and brownie for my troubles. They were also extremely apologetic. Mistakes happen, but they become easier to forget when a business resolves it the right way.

Rhis was my second visit to Firehouse. The first was years ago. I was greeted when I walked in. The lady behind the counter explained the menu and the process. Everyone was friendly. They called me by name when they delivered my sub to the table. The sub was good and warm when it arrived. Is it the best sub Ive ever had? No. Was it tasty and a good value? Yes

The food was good.evem though their toaster was broken. But their service was very slow. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant and the table service. But feel it could.have benifieted from not having tablets in front of the line to avoid people crowding around someones table while they eat.

Great food, and fabulous service! We worked with Kira, the manager, on a catering order to be delivered at a hotel for a wedding after party, and they did a great job listening to what we needed and being accommodating. Absolutely recommend them!

Fun and atmospheric place that happens to have surprisingly great food. To add to the fun, there is a hot sauce collection with actual hot sauces (not just Franks Red Hot and Tobasco) and one of the coolest soda fountains ever.
