Very Bad Customer Service, I was not greeted when i walked into the restaurant for starters, they were 2 girls and a guy working, it was a bit after 12pm (noon) there were 2 ladies ahead of me and my friend, the first lady was being helped by one girl while the other one walked out because the credit card machine wasnt working, I didnt understand why we had to wait when there was another girl and a guy just walking around back and forth, when we get our sandwich started we were told that the credit card machine wasnt working, they were slow in the assembly line, finally when we were about to pay they said the credit card machine was working then that it wasnt so it was a bit frustrating after all the wait, we got a table to eat in, we saw more people coming in, and one of the girls walked out to the front and started ordering a sandwich as well (WTF) i guess she was off, I dont know why she was leaving at lunch hour, anyways, the other guy wasnt on front helping customers, just one girl was helping customers and charging them and all, then we saw 2 ladies on the line got irritated for all the wait and they both walked out the restaurant, me and my friend finish our subs and the girls still had all the people waiting in line, cuz she was very slow, then another guy with subway uniform came in, I thought he was going to help the customers but instead he went straight to the back and it took him forever to come back out and when he did he was carrying 2 bags of pepperoni and walked out the restaurant, when me and my friend walked out another guy left the line because it was talking forever... If you own a restaurant and have just one person at lunch time, is not going to work! I do not recommend this place if you are in a hurry, it takes too long!! Place looks nice but the service is horrible! I rather drive another mile to go to the one on Mt Hood/ 99hwy, very quick service over there!

1st: Tried to order over the phone I hung up after 6 mins of being on hold 2nd: Sent my husband during his lunch hour he tried drive thur when he was asked to wait for another 7mins. 3rd: He went in the store and was not greeted waited in line with two people ahead of him it took 14 mins before they helped him. We had to repeat everything 4 times it took 15 mins and we still didnt get everything we asked for we finally gave up and just took the subs the bread was dry it was falling apart to the touch the subs were discusting we didnt even eat more than a few bites even my 3yr old said the sub was gross and refused to eat it and hes the one that request subway he is not a picky eater and usually eats close to a 6in. alone..... I dont think this subway did anything right and the manager was there over seeing everything.

I had a 15$ prepaid card and, my transaction was 15$ even. My card kept on getting declined, and eventually I decided to call the number on the back of the card to check my balance. Low and behold, my balance was 15$, not 14.99$. My theory was that the employee was processing it incorrectly or that there was a problem with the machine. There was no management entity that I could complain to, and the employee couldnt do anything about my card. I tried to call the customer service line , but its on eastern time and I was in Oregon at 4:30. So theres no manager I can talk to, no customer service until tomorrow, and I cant use the money on my card to buy a sandwich. Im not going to bother with the customer service line, if its as poor as the service I got today, I probably wouldnt get an answer.

I love Subway and this one was one of the worst Ive ever been to. They threw my sandwich together, didnt cut it all the way through and on top of it wrapped my napkins into my sandwhich. When I pulled my sandwich out of the bag it fell apart and when I went back to get more napkins and told them why they looked at me like I was crazy!! Needless to say I will never go here again!!

This subway was the best subway experience I have ever had. The drive through was fast and simple to use, the customer service was great, and the sandwhich was exactly what I always hope my others will be like. Im upset that my local subway isnt like this one. Great experience.

After going through the drive thru I did not receive drink or chips ordered with the sandwich as a meal, had to deal with rude employees. Never had a more frustrating experience at any subway.

The staff is wonderful and kind. They make the subs to look fantastic. Each of the bins they use to make the subs are full of fresh items and your sub is ready for you fast.
