First off, right on the window they advertise $5 fill ups. When I walk in and tried to order the $5 fill up that they have on the commercials and their window, I was told by the cashier that their owner decided not to have that option. I was also informed that switching my side to coleslaw would cost an extra 30 cents which I reluctantly paid (every other KFC Ive been to doesnt charge this). When my order was ready I picked it up, sat down and noticed that I was given mashed potatoes and gravy. I then looked at my receipt and noticed that they charged me 50 cents for the substitution. When I took the order back and informed them of the mistake along with the overcharge, I was told to keep the mashed potatoes so that they could keep the 20 cents. I find this highly unprofessional as most places would have just given me the right item and refunded me the difference due to their error. I must say, the owner is greedy and the employees are incompetent. I will not be going here again. Also as a side note, the cashier told me to fill out their survey and complain about the issue.

Horrible service! We ordered a simple share bucket and two sides. Then we waited 20 minutes. When I finally got someones attention, I found out they hadnt even started out order and lost our ticket. We were one of three customers in the restaurant. Ridiculous! Ill never come back, but Im still sitting here waiting for my food. Ugh... Its been another four minutes. Im hangry.

August 6th, 2016 is free root beer float day from two until close. The workers are like a family and always picks on each other like one, but it has drama just like any other workplace. Have you ever been handed the wrong order? At KFC and A&W they will listen to what happened and fix it for nothing more than the colonel care and quality the the customers deserve.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! The food is amazing and the staff are all incredibly awesome people. Every visit makes me feel like family there and I will happily return to this place every single day rain or shine. They truly make it feel like a home away from home!

Got overcharged on items for not getting the combo (Famous Bowl meal is 6 dollars and I was charged 7) Staff didnt say anything during check out and offered no remedy after I complained. Floors are so caked with oil that its easy to slip, and a trashy camper parked for weeks next to the drive thru.

Service was good, little gal working at the window was very nice. Famous Bowl was crappy. It contained popcorn chicken instead of the cut-up breast fillet. Chicken was mostly dough and was chewy and tough. I ate it, but will never order it again. Pauline Conaway 10/18/2016

This place is garbage I wanted a famous bowl and the said I wanted a go cup. These dont even sound close to each other. As a bonus I got an extra cup when we already all have drinks. This place sucks balls

One of the managers is an illegal immigrant, and the staff are rude and slow, last time i was there i had to wait 17 minutes for a go cup and it was cold, they wouldnt give me a refund. 100% unsatisfied.
