I usually like this place, but over the past couple months the service seems to be getting worse. I probably eat here more than I should but Im busy and the food is cheap, fast, and generally pretty good. Ive had some bad food there recently, with the food being either dry or old tasting. Over the past two weeks Ive been there three times. The first time I ordered I got 2 cheese quesadillas and when I got home (I live about 15 minutes away) I realized they didnt add the sauce it normally comes with, so it was just cheese on a tortilla and was too dry and not very tasty. The second time I went I made the same order, and decided to check before I left to save myself some disappointment. My mistake was only checking the quesadilla on top and not the second one. The first one had the sauce and when I got home I realized the second one did not. The third time I went was today. I work in customer service myself so I try to go out of my way to not be rude, because I realize mistakes happen and not necessarily at the fault of the person helping me. I kindly told the girl helping me what had happened and asked her if someone could make sure the sauce made it on this time. When I pulled up to the window the employee was short and rude with me. As I pulled away I quickly checked to make sure there was sauce, and sure enough there was, but when I opened them up when I got home there was wayyyyy too much sauce. Much more sauce than I had ever gotten on a quesadilla there, and Ive been going since they reopened after the remodel. The food was soggy and difficult to eat because the sauce was running out the sides and all over my hands. I ended up tossing them after trying deal with it. I dont know if I will be back now. Sorry this is such a long review, but their employees dont seem to care about keeping customers happy and returning. It felt as though the excessive sauce was deliberate, especially after the attitude I experienced from the cashier. I am surprised that any manager or supervisor on shift is allowing this to happen.

This taco bell has taken a drastic turn for the worst.. last time I came to this taco bell it was sub par like any other taco bell, but I went there last night at about 12:30 (had the late night munchies, dont judge) but we got up there wanting to get 2 separate orders and they said it depended on how much food we were going to get cause they only had one cook, we werent getting alot so it didnt matter, but I never knew there was a limit on how much food they could sell the consumer.. got up to the window (im not trying to judge) but they looked like total tweekers that had been on a 3 day binge, it was visibly clear the lady at the window definitely was not wearing a bra, I could see her nipples through that thick ass taco bell shirt. super rude and never said thank you or have a nice night or anything customer service oriented whatsoever.. almost seemed like they were upset that we even came through to get food.. anyways got my food drove home and it looked like their attitude, they didnt even wrap the 2 tacos I got, they had placed the wrapping paper at the bottom of my bag and tossed my taco at the bottom, so everything was out of the taco and just resting at the bottom of my bag as was the other one.. so I basically bought a taco salad with the bag as my bowl. Never really seen anything like this before. And the whole time I was super nice to them naturally, because they are making my food. But yeah, needless to say, Im not going back and if any of my friends want to go to this one with me, I would do my darndest to persuade them to do otherwise.. I would on the other hand tell my foes they should definitely eat here.

I love taco bell but this place just makes something great into cheap disgusting sad looking food, I didnt think anyone can possibly butcher a taco or burrito as bad as this place, I guess theyre trying to save on supplies and give you a half empty burrito or a crunch wrap to the point where youre just chewing on the tortilla wrap with sour cream or lettuce. Or even worse not give you something you ordered at all which happened 3 times to me already, I mean really??? How can someone forget to put cheese on nachos??? If you really want taco bell I would recommend going to any other town, its worth the drive cause what they give you here is garbage..

Worst tacobell ever!! every staff should be fired completely. crappy looking food used day old soggy lettuce. Never ever made fresh food they always forget your order!! missed multiple items multiple occasions at least 16 times. there is one lady that always works at the window always rude never smiles nearly threw my food onto the ground. next time my order is missed or get soggy food and sick from it i should show every person that walks through the door the crappy quality of food you get

The five stars reflect it as a Taco Bell. I know its not a gourmet restaurant, But there are good Taco Bells and Bad ones too. A while back they remodeled and hired new employees and its like a new one now. Fast service and friendly employees. It can get a little crowded at lunch time because it is 50 feet from a high school but even then they do a great job of getting food out to the customers.

Drive through is not the fastest and the line can be a bit long (2.75 stars for that). My orders are pretty simple so Ive never had a problems (5 stars). Taste and quality is what youd expect from fast-food (3.5 stars). Once you get to the window the people are mostly friendly (4.0 stars) Cool place to fill-up on the cheap. Total Score --> 3.8 stars.

This location has yet to mess up my order, so theyre already miles above any other taco bell Ive been to. I could eat here every day if I had the money and self-loathing to pull it off. As it stands, its a nice occasional treat after a bowl or two of green.

Fast Typical Taco Bell. Unless you get there when the local high school is on lunch. If the kids are there from school you are better off going through the drive through as the inside of the place gets packed and slow.

Used bottom of bucket beef in chalupa and 5 layer...the scrapings are supposed to get thrown out. They did apologize and replace it. Points for customer service

Its Taco Bell. The only thing I can say is that they get really slow sometimes. Otherwise its just your normal Taco Bell experience.
