Very disappointed. Hostess was not interested in seating us where we would like, we settled for where she wanted us to sit, which wasnt a big deal, but the following events made me feel the entire experience was disappointing. My girlfriends salad was old and brown. My Whisky River BBQ wrap was more a Ranch wrap. The manager told us the wrap is primarily ranch with just a little BBQ although every other Red Robin I have been too it is dominantly BBQ. The waitress tried to bring me another wrap, but I told them I didnt want it because I didnt want it to be a big deal after talking with the manager I thought I could have misinterpreted the menu (I then looked at the menu when it was time to leave, he is wrong and has the ingredients backwards.) When it was time to pay the bill that second wrap was on our tab, the one I didnt ask for, so would they try to bill me for their mistake? Thats what it looked like, but could have been a mistake too. The restaurant was not busy and our service was very slow. A salad, a wrap with fries and two waters took about 75 minutes. Seems a bit slow to me. The only positive is the manager and waitress apologized for the brown salad and ranch wrap and then cut our bill in half. Slow and disappointing. I will not go back. I hope this is helpful for folks. I never write these reviews, this is my first time. I dont even feel this is worthy of one star, but it wont let me leave zero stars. I hope the owner of this franchise reads this.

For some reason we were seated in the bar, and the bar tender was our server. She did ok, wasnt very attentive but that was ok until it was time to pay, I let her know I disliked the table top pay kiosk and wanted to pay without using it, she ignored my request and turned the kiosk towards me and walked away... I pushed the call server button and after a long wait she came back to our table and I explained again my dislike of the table top kiosk and told her it wasnt taking my gift card and she just said you have to pay first and then it will show it.... and walked away again, great by this time the hubs and I are getting pretty miffed so we finally figure out how to pay and the darn thing wont print a receipt and the roll of paper just flops out of the bottom, we push the call server button again and sit and sit while we watch her at the bar visiting with her co workers, argh... we finally just got up and left. Red Robin if your paying attention we wont be coming back to the Woodburn OR. Location with all the changes you have made your food is just an expensive version of a fast food restaurant but to be treated this way and to be expected to pay higher prices and tip I can go to fast food to get crappy food and have better service . By the way it wasnt very busy either!

Burgers were good, fries okay, pretzel bites were way overdone and had to ask for replacements. The replacements werent much better but at least didnt taste burnt. Drinks were never refilled until the end when I asked for more. Server pretty much ignored is the whole time but did take time for text on her phone while she was wiping down a nearby table. Also had to ask silverware and napkins after our food came. If this had been my first Red Robin experience I would never come back and probably wont come to this location again. Even the manager seemed a little put out that we would all for our overdone pretzel bites to be replaced. But at least they removed the pretzel bites from our bill.

The service we had here was not the best. We had a party of 9; 5 of which were children, and after having waiting for 10 minutes without crayons for our children they finally came by with 5 of them. 1 for each child. Who would ever think that was a good idea? Instead of leaving this review as 1 star, I made it 3 because of one secondary waiter who was such a delight. He interacted with the children and always ensured we had enough fries and drinks. We wished our tips could all go to him. Service aside, the food was great.

It took 15 minutes for our server to bring us drinks. We ordered at the same time, one of the orders being soup. Its been another 15 minutes and we havent been checked on and I still dont have my soup. We hit the "call your server" button which is absolutely useless because this damn light is still blinking after several minutes. The woman manager has walked by along with a few servers. Terrible service. Not surprised this place has 2 stars.

The food is what you expect from red robbin nothing surprising there. The staff was friendly and accommodating it was my sons birthday and they let us open his gifts in the dining room we had a rather large group and the waiter did a great job the wait was 45 min not that terrible but I wish that you could reserve seating instead of waiting especially for large groups of 10 or more. Besides that it would have been 5 stars.

Waited over 10 minutes and never had a server even approach our table. Had a bunch of open tables all around and at least 6 different waiters walk by us during that time. Table next to us was waited on 4 different times by 3 different people, including a manager, but we never even got to place a drink order. Terrible service. Got up and walked out. Will not go back.

Slow, food was cold like they forgot my order on the counter for a bit. Barley any cheese on my "four cheese melt". Had to ask 3 times for my side sauce cause the dude kept forgetting. Worst red robin, ever. Didnt even want to pay for my food. I didnt make a big deal about it but will NEVER come back. They were not busy at all when this happend.

Great restaurant to eat at after spending 8 hours shopping at Woodburn Outlets! Waiters were really good, and manager was awesome. The manager came out of his way to ask how our meal was going and waiters catered to all our sauce requests and made our stay pleasant! Made a party of 8 v happy and full

The food was not good. I waited 15 for a drink, chocking on my dry fries and I waived my waitress down and she just waited on the people across from me. The management wasnt helpful at all as we came to him with our issues. This was my first time going to a red robin and surely my last.

We called in our order. They told us 15 minutes. We arrived. Cold yucky fries. Burger had a small mushy tomato way off to the side of the burger with nasty wilted lettuce. Did I mention cold disgusting fries. Caesar wrap was so empty and cgewtly. Yuck. Wont go there again.

Wow, pretty good Mad Love burger!!! And their happy hour drinks and menu is not too shabby! Yummmmmmmm!!! They also have a Ziosk, which is a tablet on your table where you can order from, call your server and even have the option to split the bill and pay it there, too!!!
