Today my husband and I came here for lunch and didnt receive the greatest customer service. My husband ordered a combination called the cashew shrimp. he didnt realize that it came with all the vegetables loaded on top.Things like zucchini carrots and celery, all things he will not eat. when he told the waitress he wanted to have something else she told him to PICK AROUND THE VEGETABLES! She also said she would show us in the menu where it said it comes with the vegetables. So she grabbed the menu to show us just to realize it did not say that! she literally brought him a extra plate of cashews and a bowel of extra rice.(no exta shrimp) not even an offer - were not the type to complain or make a big fus but we paid 12$ for a plate of food that he only got a few pieces of shrimp and some rice. We will be eating at Zhens from now on. terrible customer service skills.

I have been here several times. I have found it clean and very plesent. My mom is glutin free and this restuant let her know how to order, so she could eat. The soy sauce on the table has not glutin but the take home packets do. I would highly recomend this place for Chinese food the way it shoud be. Vegitables were crisp, good color and yummy. One warning though they do use MSG in their cooking methods. I personally love to eat my green, oranges, yellows and all the colors of the vegitables cooked here. Also if you can make the noon rush of for $5.00 meals the food is great.

Have been several times but today and its always been ok...until today. Came here for lunch. The table we were seated at was fine but there was a blinding glare off a vehicle outside so I asked them to pull the shade down approximately 2 inches. They absolutely refused and were angry I had the nerve to ask!! WTH?! Its a retractable roller shade!! I will NEVER come back here because its quite clear they truly do not care about their customers! No longer regulars of this establishment! Think theyll realize I did not leave a tip for this reason?

We have been here twice. We are shocked at the portions. They are very generous, which makes it more affordable to feed the whole family. The food is also fresh and flavorful. The service is great, and the restaurant is kept up nicely. We have had the lemon chicken (real chicken breast!), egg flower soup, crab puffs, green bean chicken and more! All are delicious.

I called in my order @6:10 was told 25-30mins I showed up 45 mins later (since they usually take a little longer) but my order still wasnt done. I then waited another 35mins for my order all the while watching people who have come in ordered food n leave before I got my order. Terrible customer service! But they have good food, hopefully the service gets better.

Well the main Employee host has no skill with people. We do pay your bills! She sets the tone and 3 times we ate here but no more. The food is American not Chinese. Lots of Broccoli , excessive Zucchini 4 mushrooms and no flaver. This was our veggy dish. I wish I could get the image in the review

I loved this place intil last night. Was made to pay for a dish we couldnt even eat and sent it back. We were very happy with everything else and wouldve even been happy with a different dish, but they refused to take it off or correct it with a different dish. They lost regulas permanently.

My orange chicken was under cooked and COMPLETELY PINK IN THE CENTER. I seriously recommend checking your food before eating it. Im extremely upset and will let you know if I get food poisoning. only good thing I can say is they refunded me after I brought my food back and complained.

Delicious! Have been trying all the Chinese restraunts in the area and this one wins the contest! Its our favorite! Food was good and prices are typical for Chinese. The crab puffs are yummy with plenty of filling and you get 12 of them for only $6. Will be eating here again
