Horrid! This place was deceptive. You walk in, and it smells great. Then you sit down. Thats your mistake. All the silverware, chopsticks, and soup spoon are in one container with nothing to stop hands from playing with them. The chopsticks still had food residue on them! The container holding the eating utensils was also crusted with food! The sauce containers had no lids, and the fruit flies and gnats were literally crawling in and out of the nozzles of the bottles of sauces! One container for sauce literally had 5 insects on it. Never go here, never sit down, and avoid it like ground zero of Chernobyl!

BAD SERVICE - GO ELSEWHERE! Went for dinner. Waited to order from the cook when other staff was available. Ordered soup and bubble tea. Waited at least 25 minutes for food - bubble tea came half-way through the meal. Tapioca pearls were improperly prepared - didnt finish drink. When paying at the register (with the cook) complained about the bubble tea and said I didnt want to pay for it. He refused to take the item off the bill. DO NOT GO HERE!

Love it, hate it. The Pho is the highlight of this place. Other foods I have tried is just ok. Restaurant is a little odd as it is an old subway. New decorations were added and various booths and tables to make it seem like a restaurant but it still feels like a subway. Another plus is the singing chef. You can hear him singing from the back as you wait for your food.

The Beef Noodle soup at Pho Viet is by the best in the Portland area. Went for lunch, super fast. Make sure you go hungry, its a lot of food for a little money. I tried my daughters chicken noodle soup, out of this world good. I am going to go back again this week and I am taking some friends. This place is great!

Not a good place to eat. Waiter was disrespectful. Food cold and bland and nasty. I asked for salad instead of rice, I received a salad with no dressing. And was told " we dont do American here"!. Little fella had bit of an attitude. Dont waste your time or money. I rate this no stars but the app wont let me,!

If I had not had chicken pad Thai before I got it here I would never have eaten it again so disappointed hard great things about this place but I paid 12 for inedible food.they also well not refund your money for the inedible food.

Pricing is on the higher end and restaurant is usually managed by 2 or less people. The food on the other hand is great and I personally think it is worth it. It is a small family place so I do recommend it for that atmosphere.

I go as often as I can and it is absolutely wonderful. I get the beef noodle soup, potstickers and/or salad rolls w/ tofu. Just recently I tried my friends lemon grass chicken and it just concretes my opinion. A must try!

We come here after camping ever time. Hot Pho after snow camping is a welcome treat. Love the food thats why we keep coming back. They mess up one thing on our order every time, or I would give the 5 stars.

The lemon grass soup is my favorite! I also like the superbowl... I have yet to try any non-soup entree here, but Im willing to bet it will be good, as well.
