Visiting and hiking at Rainier and decided to stop in for a bite. Pulled in around 9:15 to the car hop menu. Skimmed for a moment and pushed the button to order. After about 5 mins, a very irritated voice snapped that they dont serve outside anymore. We thought it was kind of rude for her to just shout that over the intercom, but we made our way to the drive thru. It was pretty busy so I attributed that to her sour attitude. We ordered and pulled up to the window. The guy at the window seemed irritated to be there. Just stated our total and held out his hand with a pissed off look. My husband handed over our payment (cash) and when he left his hand out for the change, the guy shut the window and walked off. We were surprised because we should have gotten a few dollars back. He brings our drinks and then tried to hand my husband the change while he was trying to organize the drinks. He made an irritated sigh when my husband didnt immediately take it. I understand that its busy and youre trying to get through all the orders, but there is no reason or need to get rude when we are trying to get situated with a few drinks. After 15 mins, we get our food and leave to sit in the parking lot and distribute. We ordered 2 doubles with Bacon, one with no veggies and a chicken sandwich. We got a BLT toaster, 1 double with a hand full of lettuce and tomato, and a single plain burger. We were annoyed at it but by the time we got our food it was so late that we didnt have time to go back around to get our orders fixed. Im guessing it was either a new crew or an especially busy day, Ive never experienced anything like that at any Sonic Ive been to. The service was disappointing, but the drinks and sides were correct and the food was still tasty, even if it wasnt what we paid for.

The Sonic seems to be very hit or miss...mostly miss. We stop by here more often than I would like to admit, as it is quite close to home. Sometimes I have gone and the order has been right and has come out in a timely manner, but more often than not the order is wrong, either the wrong item, prepared incorrectly, or missing an ordered item altogether. During our last experience there two weeks ago we waited for almost thirty minutes for our food to come out. After it did come out we double-checked the order to verify that everything was present, and one of the items we ordered was missing. We asked the carhop about getting the missing item, and his response was a curt dismissive, "Yeah". He then proceeded to ignore us in our bright orange car parked directly across from the entrance for several minutes. We flagged him down again and his response was another, "Yeah", and he continued on ignoring us. After fifteen minutes of waiting, we ended up having to call the woman taking orders and despite being super busy she was nice enough to run it out for us and was very apologetic and we were very appreciative of her taking the time to complete our order.

I ordered 2 milkshakes around 8pm on monday night and waited for 34 minutes. I finally got feed up and walked inside. On the way I noticed a crowd of kids outside the front door and one latino with bad acne and a short white female asked me what i wanted. I explained to them how long I waited for 2 milkshakes and they went inside. Turns out they did not have any record that I ordered anything at all. So they took my order again and made my milkshakes. I asked them who the manager was and both of the kids who rudely greeted me outside said they where the managers. I said you should fire everybody on duty at the time including yourselves except for the one tall white kid in the back. Because he was the only person actually doing his job. Everyone else, carhops and managers included, where outside talking to off duty employees. When I got back home I noticed they took a bite out of one of the cups and spit it out into the bottom of the cup. I dont know who actually gave these kids a job in the first place but I would not recommend ever going to the sonic in bonney lake wa again!

So we are here on a Sunday afternoon. We drove into one of the stalls, and pressed the button to order, then sat there about 15-20 min waiting. We thought maybe the stall was out of order, so we switched to another one. Luckily we werent in a hurry, because we sat for another 15 min waiting to order. We had been here half an hour before getting to order. We waited another half hour for our food. During that time, someone drove up to the stall wed gone to first, and got a response within a few minutes, so clearly the stall wasnt the problem. When our food arrived, the chicken strips and fries had obviously been sitting out for quite some time, as they were stale and hard. It gets 2 stars because the hot dogs were great, and the frozen drinks are awesome. It took over an hour from our time of arrival to get our food, half of which was old and terrible. Sonic is normally great food, but Im pretty disappointed in this location.

Well for starters it took way too long to even been answered to take our order . Then not only was our order wrong a few of the shakes were extremely frothy like they had been sitting out for a really long time and melted (GROSS) ! When we asked the sever to remake one of them she had a bad attitude about it and stood in from of us with a look like she wasnt even going to do it . We drove at least 30 miles or more just to have sonic and the experience was awful !! Compared to other sonics that Ive been to this was the lowest . No one was even on skates ! In Spokane, WA the severs always roll out on skates making the experience different and brings back old memories of drive ins . Step up your game Bonney lake ! And maybe some additional training or better staffing for your night crew !

Our burgers were fine, our fries were cold and tastes old. The worst part was the young girl that brought us our food. We had made a second order and when she brought us our first order I politely told her we had a second order as well...but before I could finish my sentence ..(because we still need to pay for the second order) she cut me off and said: "well youre just going to have to wait!" I said thats not why I was telling you, I just want to make sure we pay for it. Just horrible customer service. We also waited 45min total for both orders... It was a waste of our time to drive there on our way home to Olympia. I guess Sonic was only good in TX. We wont be going back EVER!

Worst Sonic Ive ever been to told us that the shake machine is down but watch them serve shakes told us at the car hop bays were close but watch them deliver food to their high school friends the whole reason to go to Sonic for us was to get shakes and we couldnt even get what we wanted even though we are watching them be delivered to other customers the young man car hop gabe was rude and very disrespectful also the amount of kids aka teenagers running around the parking lot is on real pounding on peoples windows hopping on cars somebody needs to do something about this location I expect a response back from one of the management staff
