I ate dinner at Paradiso last night and can honestly say this place is going to take Salem by storm. Grilled treviso radicchio? What? Are you kidding me? Suckling pig? Chocolate espresso pot de creme? Youre in for a treat if you head to Paradiso for dinner. The cocktails are amazing and the service is stellar. I even noticed the servers serving open-handed! Who else gives that much attention to detail in Oregon? Go. Eat. Drink. Enjoy.

We were pleasantly surprised by this gemstone in Salem. The wine list was fantastic and authentic, the cocktails were brilliant, the cuisine was some of the best Ive experienced in Oregon, and Bethany delivered service that was unparalleled by my experiences with other local restaurants. We will return, without a doubt.

Menu is embarrassingly small prices are high customer service is great. If you want to spend $80 for a couple, leave hungry and not get a full Italian experience. This is your destination. Also food was under seasoned and lacked great texture. Havent been this disappointed in quite a long time.

One of my new favorite restaurants! Food was amazing, good price for such high quality. I love the vintage decor and atmosphere, really gives it a cosmopolitan feel. Staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient. Anyone who wants the big city, five star dining experience has to go to Paradiso!

The decor is simply amazing. Very different for Salem. The food was absolutely unparalleled. I tried the tomato salad and it was fantastic. The lamb was cooked perfectly. The chef came out and greeted us, and was very friendly. I will be recommending this to everyone.
