I went with my wife for dinner. She had been once previously and recalled the food being on par with some of Eugenes finest Italian eateries. When we arrived we were greeted and sat quickly. There was only one server on the floor and the place was filling up. I over heard the waitress tell another table the things that they were out of, the list was extensive. By the end of our visit they were out of almost everything including wine and bread?! How can this be??? Being from a service back ground and knowing what the young lady was up against. We ordered wine, appatizers and dinner all at the same time in hopes of making her job a little bit easier. We received our wine and appetizers promptly. We sat at the table for well over an hour and a half. I noticed that three tables who were sat long after us were already eating their meals. We waved the waitress down to ask what was taking so long. She returned to the table and said the cook was doing dishes so that he could start our dinner. I asked how long we would have to wait to eat and her response was twenty minutes or so. I looked at my wife, who by this time was annoyed and said" should we cancel?" She said yes! The waitress apologized for the inconvenience and took off two glasses of champagne and a small appetizer of olives. By this time in our evening we had been at the restaurant for nearly two hours without eating a meal. This has got to be hands down the worst dinning experience I have had. I would not recommend this restaurant. First they were severely understaffed. Second they ran out of everything, including bread and wine...let that sink in. An Italian eatery running out of bread and wine?! The main staple and backbone of any Italian meal. Third the staff lied. Three other tables who were all seated well after us and ordered well after us were feed and we were not. So one of a few things happened here, the waitress or cook lost the order or your establishment is not LGBT friendly. Either way you lost a customer for life. I will never eat there again. If you would like a great Italian meal in Eugene? Go to Bepe and Giannis.

I had called a week prior to Jan 23rd (My Wifes Birthday) and made reservations for 2. When we got to Noli, they had taken the reservation incorrectly and had us on for the previous night. They said they could seat us, but that we only had an hour to eat before they would have to ask us to leave so that the 7pm reservation could be seated. This was unacceptable and I was not going to rush our dinner plans just to be asked to leave. We ended up going to a different restaurant that heard our experience and was more than happy to get us a table to celebrate her birthday. I would recommend that if a business makes an error in scheduling that they dont bring it to the customers attention and then throw their cook under the bus for messing up. This is not the customers problem and should have been addressed behind the scene instead of in front of us and all the other customers already seated. I would not recommend eating here as they will rush you out the door.

This place is small and seating is crowded but well worth it. We started with the grilled calamari tubes and tentacles over red sauce. The calamari was grilled to absolute perfection. The best I have ever had hands down. I have had hundreds of orders and this ranks number one. The main dish was pasta with muscles, shrimp, calamari and scallops. The seafood was cooked to perfection again. Just amazing! The scallops were caramelized perfectly and with the consistency of butter, yummy. The service was just average not bad and not great but with food like that who cares!

My wife and I had a great experience over dinner at Noli. Their website recommended making reservations so I did and was promptly greeted and seated at that time. This is a small quaint restaurant with exceptionally tasty dishes. I think that if Noli was more well known, getting seat would require reservations (rather than recommending reservations). The price on the menu does not accurately reflect the experience and great tasting food served. Noli is unique and worth a try!

Saturday night, half an hour prior to closing, walked into a vacant Noli, and it was like hells kitchen. So sad, really wanted it to be at least civilized. Didnt need much, and didnt get it. Got abused for mentioning that they got my order wrong, a lecture on hiw hard it was to keep the pots boiling for an order of pasta, and all in all, left feeling beat up. Too bad, I hope they get it together. I know its tough, but resturaunts arent easy.

Noli is a little gem. A small restaurant where the chef cooks each meal individually to order. What a chef! Simple rustic Italian fare at the peak of perfection. Personal service with a smile and an intense desire to please. And please they do! Eugene is the luck recipient of this delightful restaurant. While there are several good Italian restaurants in Eugene, you cant beat Noli for its reasonable price and top quality food.

Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. From my impression of the chicken piccata and shrimp scampi, the menu is a low fat approach to Italian cuisine. However the flavor and experience was not lacking. Dinner included just the right amount of sauce and flavor without going overboard and sacrificing nutrition. Focaccia with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was great to start with.

The most horrible service Ive ever experienced. I couldnt even begin to explain where they went wrong. The food was decent but Ive hear they have replaced the kitchen staff and the food also went downhill. I love Italian food loved this restaurant was fantastic when they were in the 5th st market. Now its overpriced with a terrible waitstaff, Ill never be back.

I am incredibly pleased with the service of the employees, (Shout out to Jacob, you were excellent, man.) And the bill amount? I expected to pay 2x what it was. Simply excellent especially for the quality of the dishes. And to add, we didnt have a reservation but were still put at a table immediately when we walked in. That was unexpected!

“Valentines Day Treat” My husband & I ate here to celebrate Valentines Day and our wedding anniversary. Although the place was packed everything was very good. We ordered from the Prix Fixe menu just to keep it simple and we were not disappointed. The beef was cooked to my husbands request and both the soup and salad were fresh and tasty.

Great hole in the wall, quality dining location. It is quite pricey which matches the quality of food and service. And, like many others say, get a reservation. The place seats about 20 people and is not packed to the gills to accommodate more. This is the kind of place to go for an anniversary or date night dinner, not a family dinner.

I had the potato leek soup with truffles and crab cakes for dinner this evening. The food was amazing, and the service was very attentive. I called last minute for reservation, and they had seating available at the kitchen bar. It was nice watching the chefs prepare all the food in their open kitchen.

This restaurant is absurdly over hyped. Average good Italian food in a cheap atmosphere. Cramped seating in a very noisy room. They must pay people to give positive reviews. 3 star price at a 1 star location. Same price as Bepe.
