Best crepes ever and wonderful staff as well! Ordered for pick up as I am uncomfortable in crowds. When I arrived I was immediately asked if I wanted a seat and I informed them I was there to pick up, the gentleman immediately went to check on my order and told me it was being prepared right then. I appreciate that he took the time to let me know what was happening. As I waited, I got to watch the staff, it was incredibly busy, being mothers day weekend, and in spite of the complete chaos that was going on around them, each staff member was kind and courteous to the patrons they were dealing with, they were as swift as humanly possible with their service and even took the time to joke a little with me while I waited. I only had to wait a few minutes before they brought our food over for us and we were able to leave. Had a beautiful brunch of both sweet and savory crepes with my mom and sisters for mothers day and all we did was oooohhhh and aaaaahhh over how good the food was. Will definitely brave the crowds again to experience this food again!!

This place is so frustrating. Especially in a city like Salem where its rare to find good food. I have no complaint about the food. Its decent, even above average. The service is consistently awful. Ive been here many times, each time its always something totally preventable that ruins the experience. The owners are very nice and friendly. Their staff are usually incompetent, especially when there is more than a few people in there. After being told there wasnt enough room to join my party at the table, I ordered to go and waited 45 minutes outside with a toddler for two crepes. It was crowded, but they dont have that many tables inside, and the service should be better for as many staff as are on shift. On other occasions Ive waited 20 minutes at a table only to discover they arent doing table service on that particular day. Thats it for me, Im not going back. Food is decent, but not worth the annoyances.

We arrived and were told to find a seat. After sitting there for approximately 15 minutes, we we finally brought some water. After waiting another 10 minutes,we were provided with some menus.... 10 minutes after that our order was taken. Several people came in after us and thier orders were taken before ours. The business appeared to be short staffed and disorganized. After one hour of being there, we eventually received our breakfast. The meal was bland, eggs were undercooked and potatoes were hard. No apology, no discount.. Will not be returning. Poor customer service and mediocre food (meal was cooked in under 7 min)... All that waiting for nothing:(

Food was fine (fresh), but not great. I wouldnt choose to go here again, but I wouldnt object to going if a friend was going there. My chai latte, for example, was tasty, but tasted nothing like chai (maybe more of a marshmallow flavor?) The lemon sugar crepe had too much acidity, which surprised me. Our vegan avocado crepe could have used some kind of sauce drizzled on top to give it more body. You know, nothing too bad, but nothing great for me, either. (Extra credit for even offering a vegan crepe, though. Much appreciated.)

I have never had one bad experience there. I absolutely love the atmosphere that this local family has created and I enjoy going to eat their DELICIOUS crepes whenever I get the chance. I first tried their crepes at the Saturday Market and when they moved I gladly followed them to their delightful little corner bakery near the Post Office. I have not had the pleasure of trying all of their crepes but I happily recommend any of the items that they sell as they are fantastically delicious.

I frequent this restaurant because the food is consistently wonderful, and the service is always top notch. Ive been here enough to know that mistakes happen, but they will always do whatever they can to make it right. Great food, and for me personally, it is consistent. The owners are frequently here making sure every customer is having a great experience. They really do care about every customer, first timers, long time patrons and everyone in between. My favorite place in Oregon!

This place had the best crepes Ive ever had. The ingredients tasted fresh and everything was homemade. The service was great and the coffee was strong. I enjoyed a savory smoked salmon crepe and it was heaven in my mouth and then finished the meal with a Nutella, strawberry and banana crepe. With my coffee I had their salmon chowder and it was hearty and warmed my body. This place was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Terrible service and misleading menu. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and I was surprised it is a half sandwich with one egg and a tiny piece of cheese. I also ordered coffee with the sandwich and they never brought it so I left after 20 minutes. I gave a 2 dollar tip ahead of the service. All I got for 9 dollars was half a sandwich. I m not coming back for sure.

Sister Sunday brunch is back! Found this gem through a friend and were so glad we made it a stop. A little more cozy but similar to my first love French Press on commercial. I got the wild salmon crepe and the lemon/dill sauce was excellent. I would have given it 5 stars but the crepe was a little dry. All in all I am definitely coming back.

My wife & I travel here 2-3 times a year to visit family and discovered this place on our last visit. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is warm & friendly and its now a "must go-to" every time were in town. If you like food at all, the Oregon Crepe Cafe is an essential addition to your list of great eateries.

Searched Google for a coffee shop, and found this place tucked out of the way a short distance from Willamette University. Owner is very friendly, good coffee from a local roaster, and delicious home made baked goods. I can recommend the English muffins and biscuits, and will be back to try a crepe.

The food was SO good. Quality ingredients prepared expertly and quickly. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and competent. The ambiance of the cafe and the patio was so comfortable and inviting. Everything about this cafe is wonderful.

Six of us went there before a performance at The Grand and it was excellant. People have to realize that everything is cooked to order so not all will be served at the same time. We are taking out of town guests there two times this week..

The breakfast crepe, breakfast scramble, coffee, and service were really good. Wed come back for brunch if were in Salem. They have an outdoor area in case you have a dog. Its pretty small, so Id imagine thered be a wait most weekends.

These are the best crepes I have ever had. Be sure to try the specials, especially the asparagus crepes if it is the season. Combine this with top-notch professionalism in service, and youll keep coming back time after time as well.

You cant find a better gluten free crepe! Actually in my experience you cant even find a gluten-free free crepe so theyre revolutionary! Separate grill for true gluten free preparation. Never busy. Definitely recommend.
