Steph gave the absolute worst service I have received in years! I went in tonight with my boyfriend post Blazers game for some munchies because I heard they had delicious avocado fries (they do btw. Nom) This was my first time here. We walked in 5 mins till 9 pm and Steph as we came in gave us the weakest "sit wherever youd like" with a wave over her head as she walked away. Okay fine, I figured she was busy...until I realized we were now one of 4 tables in the entire restaurant (most of which were already done as the Colts/NE Patriots game was finishing up on the big screens) Anyway so we sit at a big half circle couch in front of the screens and wait a good five minutes until Steph finally wanders over asking if weve been helped. Um nope, no we havent. Been waiting for you since youre obviously slammed (insert sarcasm here). So we make it really easy, its 9 now and the menu says happy hour has begun so we order avocado fries and nachos and have waters. Thats it. Nothing crazy. I even used my please and thank you ;) Steph wasnt impressed. In fact, she seemed rather annoyed we walked in. So annoyed in fact that she has started cleaning, as has the bar tender and back room help...sweeping, disinfecting counter tops, the back lights to the bar were turned off, cleaning tables, the works. I was so put off by the obvious "I rather you not be here" vibe that I pulled out my phone and googled the hours. It was only 9:15. The hours said they closed at 10. We uncomfortably finished our food and to make us feel even more welcomed, Steph had the nerve to come to the table and start wiping it down...WHILE we were still sitting there! We asked for the check and when it arrived everything was full price, not happy hour priced. I went up to the bar to investigate and as the bar tender tries to tell me "happy hour just started" (yeah at 9:25? Because thats typical) Steph walks up and less than pleasantly says, Ill fix it. Then proceeds to tell me, "sorry, I just didnt realize what time it was" SERIOUSLY? but you knew it seemed like the best time to be rude and clean and blow us off? Im sorry if youre tired or had a rough day or whatever excuse youd like to dream up but treating us so poorly and making us feel so inconvenient is never acceptable. What an absolute poor representation of this company. If you dont want paying customers, turn off your open sign. If you dont want to give customer service, go home.

Bad service, long wait times, major food errors, over-charging No good way to sugar coat this review...my one and only experience at Fields Bar & Grill was a Sunday morning. Apparently there was a bunch of new staff working...new cook, new server, new hostess, etc. We were a party of 30 with 9 being kids. Majority of peoples orders were brought to us with gross problems (i.e. granola breakfast was delivered only as a small cup of granola, not granola, yogurt & fruit). We were there from 10am to 1pm, not by choice, but because food took so long to arrive and then we had several iterations to get food errors corrected. THEN we got over-charged and had to spend more time fixing the bill. STAY AWAY FROM THIS F$%#ING PLACE!!!

Came here for wings.... Very busy but still quite enough to hold a conversation with friends and enjoy the game... Attempted to order sweet tea... Notta... A root beer... notta... Settled for a Sprite that tasted like bitter seltzer water.... Ordered chicken strips and wings... wings were awesome.. however strips were over cooked... eeek... the original waitress did not seem friendly... Other staff were.. :-) would give it another try... Maybe...

Went in for happy hour and they had great prices. The place is spotlessly clean and on the corner of a well lit building so the lighting in fantastic while the sun is still up. Cocktails are expertly mixed by friendly bar staff and theyve got these things called avocado fries that are exactly what they sound like: lightly battered and flash fried so theyre not greasy, just crispy on the outside, avocado on the inside, and absolutely amazing.

Excellent place if youre looking to be assaulted by coke-head executive chef. How else are you supposed to tell your patrons that youre out of mashed potatoes? Theres no better way to find out about 86d menu items than a fidgety, aggressive drug addict insisting you leave because he "doesnt deal with your kind of people". Perhaps it was my friends Hispanic GF that set him off.

Best food for a sports bar downtown hands down. Sure , it took a little longer than most sports bars to get our food but it was definently worth the wait. I could easily tell the food was made from scratch, and their menu wasnt a typical menu. There is a reason why my friends who live in that area spoke so highly of it. Would def recommend.

This place is amazing! The wait wasnt bad even though there was a game. The "pearl burger" was the best burger Ive ever had hands down. I would have gladly paid twice the $9 for that burger. Service was a little slow but they are brand new. Overall really great place. Not super kid friendly though.

Went for happy hour. Decent menu and prices. Sat outside as it was a warm day and the outside seating was good. Staff attentiveness was spotty, but when on was good. Drinks were good with nice specialty drinks. Happy hour food was good, but not great. Good sized place in and out.

The Fields just opened up and man is it nice! They have some really massive screens here! The layout is a bit small, but intimate for a group. I tried the pulled pork Poutine, which was amazing! The bartenders here are very nice and service was quick.

Maybe caught the kitchen on an off night... Asked for medium rare burger and got well done. I let the server know (who was amazing and super friendly) and she agreed and apologized. Replacement burger came and was also well done. My drink was great

Went looking for a place to watch championship games. TVs were sparce. Food was so-so and slightly overpriced. Sub par service and 20% gratuity was added for a party of five and was not listed on any menu.

This place is great for food, a comfy place to watch a game if you like sports, but its also nice for those that arent into sports too. Cocktails are very good as well as the food.

Definitely my favorite place to watch any sporting event. The food is amazing, and the bartenders know their stuff as well. Try the Spanish coffee and the Kalua Pork Dip.

Good food! Asked to see a specific basketball game and they were nice and changed it to what we wanted to see on a TV close to where we were sitting

Very clean with just enough tables and chairs to feel alive without begin crowded. Great selection of food and drinks with around a dozen screens.

Came here to watch a Cubs playoff game. Pleasantly surprised. Felt like a nice upscale sports bar. Great food too.

Food was just OK, service OKish. Total 3 star place, but they added 20% gratuity on a group of 5. Really? For 5 people?
