If 0 stars was an option that is what they would receive. We came to Poulsbo for the viking festival. We had a party of 12 and we got turned away by the staff of the brass kraken because they did not want or feel like sitting a party of 12. I realize we had a larger party, but a party of 7 also walked away when we did for the same reason. Within 5 minutes you managed to loose a lot of business. I can honestly say I have never seen a business refuse to make money.

Came in on a not too busy Saturday, 5 of us. 3 of us had multiple issues with orders from cold potatoes, missing items and incorrect items. Their food was bland and the coffee was 2.50 for what was basically coffee tea. Overall we were very disappointed and will not return again. Nice outdoor view though.

Very mediocre experience. The waiter didnt seem to know anything about the menu, and wasnt very helpful. When the food came out, we had a soggy waffle, greasy bread, and the sauce was forgotten on one of the sandwiches. A pretty disappointing first experience at a spot wed hear good thing about.

For a new business, wonderful. They only lost a star because their food was not figured out and customers were charged full price for test run food. It was 50% delicious and 50% inedible. I look forward to them getting their kitchen figured out.

The only decent option for late night food in Poulsbo, very reasonable regional taps choices, with focus on more established breweries. A blues band was performing live the night we stumbled in, beautiful contribution to Summer Solstice vibe.

Tried The Brass Kraken Pub for breakfast. Some nice options. Chicken fried steak and the sausage gravy is made from scratch. (They say it is served all day) Very friendly service. Will be back again to try more things on the menu.

Nice view, clean. Very judgemental bar tenders and patrons. Non-Locals are certainly treated differently than the locals. Atmosphere is uncomfortable with all the privlaged locals, who are given special treatment over the tourists.

Been here multiple times. Hit and miss, but its a smaller town and its winter. So it is, what it is. Real cream for your coffee and jam for your toast, ready to go at the table. Eggs Benny for $9!! Plus a view of the water

The layout is clean, well decorated, and spacious. The drinks are reasonably priced and the setting and Views could not possibly be better. The only downside is that the staff seemed very sullen, as a whole.

The live band was awesome. There food and drinks were good. Service was a tad slow but the place was packed for the band. Show up early if you want a table or you might get stuck standing the entire night.
