Went here for the first time for lunch as it is close to my work. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken w/fried rice to go for ~10 bucks. Unfortunately it was 10 bucks not well spent. The chicken was bland, no flavor at all, was not cooked on a grill, I dont know if it was baked or cooked in a skillet or what and it taste like it was old, as a matter of fact, my wife can and has made better! Whatever sauce was used was also bland and tasteless. I ate 4 peices of chicken and couldnt eat anymore, the rice was the only thing that was tolerable, barely. Will not be going back, if you can not make something as simple as Teriyaki chicken tasty, my confidence in things that are more complicated tasting good is extremely skeptical!

Disgusting, old, soggy, bland, flavourless, stringy food, and that is being KIND. Unappetising and stale atmosphere, if it can even be called that - it feels vacant, like some place off Kitchen Nightmares before its made acceptable to the public. No employees welcome you or even acknowledge you. You must wait around for ages before you ask them if its okay to order; they act like you walked into their personal home and tried to place a to-go order, some of the weirdest service Ive ever received. Food is some of the worst textures and flavours Ive ever had. Cannot recommend strongly enough you take your business, tastebuds, and money elsewhere. There is decent asian food nearby.

I dont want to destroy this place, but is is TERRIBLE! As other reviewers stated, (look to YELP for the down right truth!) this place is poor in every way. Americanized, Chinese, bar food! It is nasty and I get the feeling this place lacks adequate cleanliness. I would hate to see the kitchen. If the smell of my food was any indication, I would have to say that there may be some poor cooking conditions in the kitchen area. Food smelling like an aged, wet, mop is not a good sign. Try if you wish, but remember, you have been warned!

Yeah, they give you huge portions for cheap, but it doesnt taste very good. Not only that, but the waitress I had was rude and inattentive; she wasnt concerned at all that I didnt like their chow mein. Why? Because there are NO NOODLES in their chow mein! Thats right! She called it a "dry noodle" chow mein, which means its all veggies, mostly celery, okra and onions, with about 5 cracker-like "noodles" at the bottom. Not tasty, not what you expect from a Chinese place, and not polite.

I saw all the reviews from 7 or 8 months ago that the food was terrible and recently saw that the Jade Dragon was under new management. I am new to the area and had never been before and gave it a shot. Decent Chinese food, fast dinner service, friendly staff, and the restaurant was nice and clean. Your dollar will go far here. They pile it on. As far as to go orders it is a bit of a 50/50 gamble. I have had both good and bad with their take out and I suggest eating in.

I wanted to like it so badly, but sorry, it was not good. The location is so super weird, its like a converted bowling alley or airport idk, but its strange. Whats beyond me is how bad the service was. Youd like with a 3.0 google rating theyd be focusing on improving it, but our waitress couldnt give us the time of day. I ordered tea which tasted like cigarette water. The food was also terrible. The rice was definitely reheated as it was a patty. Just dont.

I got the sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice all for ~$12. The fried rice had zero vegetables - no onions, no carrots, no peas. Just rice and some very little pork (less than 5%). I pulled some plastic out of the breading around the sweet and sorry chicken. For $12 I guess this is what you get. For that same price though you could go to a food cart and get excellent fried rice or better yet, make it yourself. +1 for the fortune cookie.

The food was so good! What I really enjoyed about the place, we had around 8 people in our group. The food was served in a good amount of time and it was all gluten free! It was wonderful and very flavorful. I would recommend to those that love chinese food but can never find a good place to eat gluten free chinese food. The servers were very nice and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Ive been twice since May 15 and the new owner/cook deserve all five stars. The food tastes authentic, fresh, and (vital for Chinese food) NOT over-flavored or covered in a sauce the consistency of slime. Courteous, quick, and very reasonably priced. Youd be doing yourself a favor by checking them out and supporting a great local restaurant!

I picked up a to-go order of the General Tsos Chicken and the Hot and Sour soup. The General Tsos was more batter than chicken, it was also soggy and they forgot to add the broccoli. As for the Hot and Sour soup, it was a bit bland but otherwise was ok. Based on the quantity, quality, and price, Id suggest trying another Chinese restaurant.

You know what?.. The place is named, "Jade Dragon" and they have video poker in the back.. What are yall expecting?.. For what I was expecting, it was just fine -- typical Americanized Chinese food and plenty of it. The prices were what youd expect too: 9-14 per plate.. Ill happily go back when I again crave some greasy General Tsos chicken.

YUMMY!!!! My family and I love this place!! Its SO GOOD! We are totally addicted! The sweet and sour chicken is crispy but tender. The teriyaki chicken is delish! The serving sizes are large! And the staff are great! Jane is sweet as pie! She is helpful and extremely accommodating. Over all - its my new favorite place!

we love jade dragon! You can get huge portions for cheap. The only thing I can complain about is the soup...tastes like its from the can, but thats free with your meal, so cant even really complain about that one. The service is really great and the people are really nice. This place is a real diamond in the rough.

People in the neighborhood tend to give this place a hard time (my guess is because its a fairly affluent area). I think the food is good for the price. Dont expect PF Changs, but if your looking inexpensive tasty american-style Chinese food, youll be happy.

I cant remember what I ordered because what I got didnt resemble anything I ordered. I tried a little of what they brought out and I got sick. I dont like leaving reviews. Its just not my thing, but I felt obligated to warn others.

Fairly standard (American-style) Chinese restaurant. Their potstickers are quite good, however: thinner-skinned than the usual dumplings you typically get in such a restaurant, and actually pan-fried, not dunked into the fryer.
