If youre looking for some scrumptious macaroons look no further. Ive been recently scouring the city for the best that Portland had to offer and Farinas was delicious. They had 12-flavors when I visited to I got a dozen, 1 of each, and all were very good. Soft shell, delightful taste, just the right amount of filling. (I would say avoid the Smores, but I personally just hate marshmallow

Im no expert but the macarons at Farina have always been delicious, so much so that we ordered them as gifts for our wedding where they were appreciated by all of our guests too! We had our wedding cake designed by the bakery which was also a tasty treat. I recommend a visit to the informal friendly cafe so you can sample their baked wares.

Super cute and cozy bakery on SE Hawthorne. They offer sweet and savory pastries, but their macarons are what you will remember most. Awesome flavors and so pretty! These macarons are big compared to the ones at Pix and Nuvrei. Much more consistent quality than those other places too.

A cute and cozy bakery. The specialty here are the French macarons. They come in a large assortment of flavors and are perfectly firm yet soft and chewy. Come for the macarons but also check out the other pastries as they are delightful as well.
