I dont usually post negative reviews because if I have nothing nice to say, Id rather say nothing. With that being said I am compelled to post that I have been nothing but disappointed since my favorite bakery changed owners. From the immediate price increases and phasing out every single of my familys favorite items its just depressing. I feel it used to have the best bread and muffins in town, now its just a assortment of mediocre cupcakes. We went from being weekly customers to literally having no use for it.

I never regret indulging in a sweet treat when I stop by. The sweet cupcakes are deliciously moist, and the frosting is perfectly sweet but never overpowering. My absolute favorites are the Raspberry Rex and the Suit and Tie. You just cant beat those flavor combinations, with that heavenly melt-in-your-mouth quality. The shop itself is adorable, full of bright colors and vintage flair. The employees are always friendly, and ready to answer questions. A great experience.

Ive been to FAT Cupcake a few times before and loved it, so I just surprised my mom with a visit for Mothers Day! We ended up getting a free cupcake because of the holiday and purchased two other amazingly delicious cupcakes that my mom and I loved. I dont normally go out of my way to specialty places, but Ill always make an exception for FAT Cupcake ❤

Really great cupcakes! My favorite was the oreo/vanillla cupcake. I follow the Fat Cupcake Instagram account and the owner seems like a really nice sweet gal and amazing to her workers. I also tried the lemon cupcake and it was yummy. Overall a great experience at their new SE PDX location! Cant wait to get some more yummy cupcakes soon

I have tried a few cupcakes that friends have bought, but recently purchased 2 dozen for a birthday party. I got the oreo (Professional) and the chocolate peanut butter (Charlie Brown). They were a hit! Plus, the owner is a wonderful person. I will gladly continue to support her and buy these delicious cupcakes.

Great cupcakes! We came in today to try them and really enjoyed not only the Suit and Tie cupcake but a scone also. If they could step up their coffee game, then we would be here many mornings. Also, I love they still make bread like the previous owners did. Thanks and welcome to the neighborhood.

Original cupcakes not found elsewhere, sweet to savory, very friendly and sweet service. Very quaint, small establishment, seating or take out. Good variety of foods, petite servings, reasonably priced. Personal, friendly service. "Keep calm and have a cupcake!"

I wouldnt suggest ordering the savory cupcakes. We order the Alfred, Boss Hog and the Dancing Chicken. The alfredo sauce on the alfred was so cold and didnt taste good at all. The Boss hog and Dancing Chicken were okay.Their normal cupcakes are very good though.

Disappointing. The frosting tasted like chemically shortening And $2 for a bite-sized cupcake. I would expect real butter frosting for this price. Oh well. I tried the SE location, not sure if that matters...

Delicious cupcakes in large or small with fun flavors and kind staff. Some definitely have peanut butter in them so be mindful if you have a nut allergy!
