So I work near this location and it is usually the only thing open late at night when I have my lunch break. The first time they got my order wrong, it wasnt really complicated. The people were rude when I pointed it out to them. I thought it was just a bad visit, so a few weeks later I ended up going there again. The second time the person said they didnt have almost 3 different things I wanted to order and then with my onion rings they will only give you a zesty sauce and charge you .40 cents for any other condiment and they wont exchange zesty for something else. I put that down as strike 2 and decided to try one other time a few weeks later. Strike three came when I went there at midnight on a saturday night and they wouldnt take anything but cash because their computers had to reset and then when I did order the person was rude and we didnt get our sodas and they messed up our food order. This location does not have competent workers and what happened to "have it your way?" cuz we have to pay extra to get a ranch or BBQ sauce for onion rings or fries.

After telling me she had people talking in her ear, I was interested he drive thru, she couldnt seem to get my order right. When I got to the window I found that the manager of all people had both drive thru employees engaged in what seemed to be irrelivent convo... Unless talking about kiddy pools has to do with serving food. They asked me to pull around and wait for two kids meals and a whopper meal. Once delivered I found they got the sauces right, but for got all the fries. I worked fast food as a kid. I know its demanding (not really) but I have little patients for people who dont care about their job. This has to be some of the worst service Ive ever gotten at a BK. If anyone asks Ill tell them not to go to this one. 1616 Beavercreek Bk. Not fit for consumption.

Apparently the people who own this BK dont read the reviews but should. My husband just brought in a whopper for me. It had ONE little thin ring of onion, one slice of tomato that was piled on top of each other and one end piece of a pickle. I spoke to the manager and he asked me if there was something he could do and I said yes, make sure you have decent food going out, good quality control. He hung up on me. Needless to say, the owners wouldnt like it if they knew it but I doubt they bother with reviews.

Staff is completely INCOMPETENT. It took forever to get my order, let alone get it right. I came in during lunch and the person at the register was so ridiculously UNQUALIFIED. I watched her, literally CRY, so the manager would take over her job of pressing buttons. When I got my food NONE of it had the extra or held ingredients, so they had to make it again. Nearly half the tables had food wrappers on them, too. The inside looks DISGUSTING. Go here if you want a TERRIBLE and INEFFICIENT place to eat!

I went to the drive-thru and the lady that took my order was nice but the lady took my money and gave me my food was not, it seemed as she really hated her job. I work as a cashier and although I dont always love my job I dont be rude or give people bad impressions, its called customer service. When you work front end you are the face of the company, you are what people see first no the food. I went at 11:50 AM 9/9/16 you know who you are.

I dont really mind Burger King, per se, but there are better options nearby to go with that are tastier. I dont really care much about their whoppers too much, and I only tend to go with their shakes, chicken sandwiches, and possibly some other desert or side. Their food is okay, but it is far from my favorite burger joint, and it would take a lot for me to come back to here.

They completely butchered my order. I ordered 2 meals and they gave me 1 meal and like 3 things off of the dollar menu. I called and was told to come in and get a free meal, but when i said something the next day, the worker laughed and ignored me.. horrible workers

food sucks, manager came out and said to someone that the bacon burger was suppose to be basically all bun and no meat and just have a ode bacon to it, i suggest mcdonalds over this burger king if youre in Oregon City
