I went to this location with my Non-verbal Asd toddler, autistic spectrum disorder. She is over active and I Chase her every moment we are out of the home. That means I move all the time. I have to stay an arms reach away because she doesnt understand "restricted area" and I have to stop her every time. The employees criticized her high pitch sounds of joys. Then preceded to ask her to be quiet because she was disrupting the other customers, in an empty restaurant. Made complaint after she actually showed a feeling of being ashamed, at 4 yo, and they responded with complaints of her running "towards" the behind counter area, and yes I stopped her. Complained she wouldnt listen. NON-VERBAL. My complaint was returned with a polite notice that "They have the right to refuse service to anyone, and we are not even welcome in the drive thru. Like Ill ever eat here again.

I will NEVER go here again after how rude they were! I asked for a vanilla cone double dipped in chocolate (like I ALWAYS get) the lady proceeds to tell me that they dont do that, I asked when they stopped and she said they never do that, I said fine ill take it as is (for my grandma) and I dont want anything now. I was going to drop it and not say anything, as I pulled to the window the guy in charge with his nasty pack of cigarettes in his front pocket proceeds to tell me when his crew says they cant do something it means they cant do it. I proceeded to take my money back and went to the Stayton location where they did everything I asked for double dipped and all. I was going to do a survey but since I didnt get a receipt I couldnt.

I went in for an interview there yesterday and it was the most unprofessional experience that Ive ever had. The manager sat across from me in casual, worn out clothing, slurping from an open milkshake container, and interrupted me and the interviewer several times to yell at customers and employees. His tone and choice of words were anything but management material and I had no idea why he bothered to be a part of the process at all. No one, especially his employees and customers, deserves that kind of treatment and his company deserves to know about it. I had introduced myself twice but left without knowing anyones names. I feel sorry for those employees. They deserve a better manager.

Spent an hour waiting for Ice Cream on a weeknight and never got it! No one was in line before us and it should have taken less then 20 minutes to make a few sundaes and a blizzard. Left with 3 very disappointed kids, no ice cream and only a partial refund. Will take my business else where. They need to fix the Customer Service issues or this DQ will be shutting their doors. If you decide to go and eat here make sure you just stand at the counter. We watched several patrons come in after us and get served within a few minutes. There is no explanation for such poor service. Good Luck...

if the icecream wasnt so good, i would NEVER go to THIS dairy queen - WORST customer service - the staff is rude - they never smile, they act as if it is an inconvenience to them to serve customers - always consistent bad service - and every time ive ordered non-icecream food there(which i dont do anymore) everything tastes like its been sitting there for hours - the fries and the chicken strips are so old and stale tasting - but the main thing is the customer service - and ive heard several others in town complain about it too

I never complain about fast-food restaurants but this place needs a good crew to clean that place up. My wife found 3 hairs in her hamburger which is just gross beyond measure, hair is a problem when it comes to making food I get that BUT this was sick. I called and complained and got a "sorry" but no refund was offered. The place is filthy inside, Im usually not one to care, but after getting home and finding the 3 whitish blonde hairs (no blonds in my house) im not ever going back.

Would give negative stars if I could. Worst service ever. Ordered 8 ice creams TO GO all of them took forever just to get. When we did get them THEY were already melted blizzards and Sundays basicly were thin milkshakes. They knew we were leaving and didnt even ask If we wanted lids. By the time we got home 2 minutes away with A/C FULL BLAST! They spilled all over my wife and brand new truck. Ill never go there again.

Ive gone to this Dairy Queen on three separate occasions. The drive through line is always so slow that cars behind you start honking. I went there for lunch today and saw only two cars in the drive through so I thought Id be in and out. I wasted 35 minutes sitting in their drive through waiting to get up to pay. They are also always out of things. I will never go back to this Dairy Queen.

Three times i visited this DQ after work to grab ice cream, around 7pm, twice they were out of chocolate ice cream, and all three times they were out of the brownie for brownie Sundays and out of whipped cream once. It is a very long wait every time and it seems employees/managers are very lazy. Upsetting when its hard to find soft serve ice cream these days :(

very long waits for simple order, blizzards were runny when delivered, burger tasted as though it had been sitting around for hours, seems as though this branch is understaffed and undertrained. Went back the next day (because my Mother wanted a malt) had similar experience

Like the food, but the staff has become trashy and rude in the past year. It seems like they hire ALL teens and they are extremely loud and rude. And for some reason they can never get my order right. I used to go here all the time in school, but now i hate it.

Seriously Silverton Dairy Queen is an absolute joke!! They never have half of the stuff you try to order and they take an eternity!! Took 10 minutes for them to take my order to find it they dont have what I wanted. Done trying to be their customer!!

If youre in a hurry, dont go here. If there are more than 2 cars at the drive thru, dont go here. If the smart mouthed kid greets you at the order window, turn around and leave. Basically just dont go here.

Order was completely messed up. Received water instead of lemonade. Burgers were not correct. Only things right were the onion rings & fries. When I called, I got voicemail & no call back. Pissed.

Just opened up on a Sunday, got $5 chicken strip basket and $6 crispy chicken sandwich, both with ice cream sundaes. Fast service as we were only ones in store.

This location is always busy and the drive-up line is always backed upto the street. I f you come at peak hours be prepared for a 20+ minute wait.

Beyond slow. They must make the ice cream from scratch after milking the cow on site. My clothes actually went out of style while I waited.
