A week ago they were fine making a German chocolate cake. This week they said "we dont do that." When I said they were willing to do it last week, the man in the bakery just said "well, thats what they told me." There was no attempt on their part to find the inconsistency. Meanwhile, I called the Coddingtown Whole Foods and they have bent over backwards to make the cake I had requested.

As a rule I like Whole Foods, though you do need to shop a bit to keep within a budget. For some reason I have encountered less than accommodating staff at this store, at least three times, where I have not had that same experience at the Coddingtown store. Still, I love the salad bar, the Deli, and the produce in particular.

How come my phones location services were on as I left Whole afoods, allowing for a little app by WF that asked me to leave this review for the store - when Id had location services on off before I went over to Whole Foods? did I want this little applet to open and ask me for a review? Disgruntled, want choice.

Small, crowded, prices are high. For some reason patrons feel it is necessary to stand and chat, blocking the aisles for others. The staff does their best, but cant compare with Trader Joes customer service. I only go there when I dont have the time to go into Santa Rosa. The parking lot is crazy-making.

Meh... This place is going downhill in the name of "regional alignment". Many products have been cut to make room for whole foods brand at usually substandard quality. I am finding myself frequenting Community Market instead which has stores in both Santa Rosa and Sebastopol.

Santa Rosas Original Whole Foods seems small and cramped now after the very large Whole Foods opened in Coddingtown, but still a well-run store in an area with not a lot of grocery stores to choose from.

Just paid way too much for an asparagus salad. Most of the asparagus was butt end stems. Called the manager about it and he hung up on me. Back to Lucky for salads.
