First, my experience with the Google link, it is not correct, rather than this privately owned restaurant it links you to a restaurant franchise chain located in mid west malls. Now, my experience with the restaurant, the place in Clearlake California has great food for with a friendly host. It is not a fancy place, more of a cafe, but the service has been good both times my wife and I made the special trip to Clearlake with the purpose of dining there. We regularly dine at cinese restaurants in SF (not china town, but where the chinese live in the sunset district) and this place compairs with some of the "average" restaurants there, BUT is above average for rural areas in Nor Cal. I have no stake in this place, simply enjoy good food withot the same 3 sauces splashed over boiled or fried meats. Their menu is fairly diverse and dishes are prepared with authentic ingredients.

Ordered combination fried rice it was awful. Maybe the regular cook was off that night. Ive ordered this in the past and it was good. This time there was very little anything as far as ingredients. Basically it was white rice with a lot of soy sauce. Definitely not worth over 7 dollars.

Serviceable "Chinese" food. Take out, because the restaurant was hot and cramped. I can explain the two takes on service: when "respectable" (read: white, middle class) people walked in, they (we) were treated with respect. Any other race/ethnicity got the cold shoulder.

Came in on a late lunch, food was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Its not generic Chinese that youll find at the buffet places, pretty big menu and fresh ingredients going into each plate.

Great people and great food. They will adjust your order however you need them too.. I dont know all of their names but we just love Daniel and Linda and the cooks. Definitely Recommended!

We went to The Magic Wok and the door said closed as it was too early, but the manager came out and said come in and let us and our kids in early. The food was almost as nice too.

The silverware was dirty, the restaurant smelled dirty, the egg flower soup tasted like dishwater with vegetables. We wont ever be returning. Complete waste of money

Really awful food. Ordered sweet and sour chicken which came with only a small drizzle of sauce. Rice and chow mein was not edible. Completely disgusting.
