Good pies. I havent been here in a while, not due to a bad experience, just because of the price. It tends to be more expensive than some other places, but that is probably because of the quality and the quantity they dish out. I enjoy their pies, and they are really good. I usually lean towards their meat lovers pizza (I believe they call their the "butcher block") and it has a LOT of meat on it. If you want to try to save a few bucks, try shopping at Albertsons or Fred Meyer, they may have a coupon on the back of the receipt to give you a few bucks off a pizza (that is if they are still doing that).

I went in and got a take and bake pizza could not have the sausage because it was raw.. So I got pepperoni only, it was on a stale Boboli type pizza crust the sauce was horrible I took a few bites and threw it in the garbage, I sent them a fax to headquarters telling them how horrible it was and received no response... I had previously had a pizza from there that was cooked and I picked up and it was good, but this pizza was horrible I will never get pizza from there again

This is my wifes favorite Pizza in OC, I find it quite enjoyable too. All the ingredients are quality and fresh, good flavor. I have had better Pizza, but not in OC yet. I am not as excited about their Calzone, its basically folded pizza with no ricotta cheese. But if you want good fresh pizza fast, this is the place to call. I tend to prefer dense overly cheesy heart attack pizza, this is a lighter palate so if youre liking that aspect you may like it better then me.

Out of its era... archaic way to deliver pizza is to yell out your number over a loud muffled p.a. . seriously out of its Era. Pizza is mostly a sheet of tasteless bread thats been over worked. Toppings slide off very easily. Person behind counter was probably a high school student that was very impatient. Manager or owner clearly just shows up for work every day. Not much life or organization to this place anymore.

I ordered my pie at 6pm with a 1 1/4 hour wait. 8pm I called and they said they tried to deliver to the wrong address and could not reach me on my phone (no calls). They asked me for my information again and said they would send a fresh pizza and free pop. 9pm the delivery guy showed up. I asked him if it was his second time here and he said no. The pizza was fine... The competency is not. And to have such a B.S. story?

Quoted 40 minutes for in store pick up (not even delivery), and it ended up being well over an hour. They kept saying, "its coming out right now, two more minutes." Expecting that we would at least have hot pizza right out of the oven, we were very surprised when the pizza was cold, soggy and inedible. And I found a hair on my pizza! I will never eat pizza from this location again.

Best gluten free crust around IF you bake it for anther 15 minutes on 425. You can ask for well done, but it doesnt seem to make a difference. IF you take it home and bake it per the above, its the best crust around (on par with The woodfired place downtown O.C). That said, Im over the top sensitive to gluten and dont get lucky here in that regard. Could be a 5* for sure.

My main reason for loving them so much is their gluten free pizza! So GOOD. They are always top notch when serving large parties that they deliver to. My work orders from them for almost all of our events and we always see great service from them, which is why we always call for them to deliver when we need to serve a big group of people! We love Bellagios!

Great pizza that is delivered or served to you with great service. They have the best bread sticks with marinara sauce. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and food tastes wonderful.

Never order Pizza online from this place. It will take at least 3 days to get your order. Worst place in town! Update canceled the order and never got my money back $35.00 thiefs! Its been three weeks!
