Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) arrived at 645P on May 5 2017. We found it necessary to seat ourselves, nobody greeted us and the couple in our seats had just left because the service was so slow. It took 15 minutes to get our order in. Then only half the drinks came out. It took two trips to get up to the station (where our waiter seemed to be most of the time) to get all our drinks which we brought tonthe table ourselves. We had to get up to ask at the station for more chips to keep kids sane while we waited for the food. By 745P the food finally arrived. My wifes enchiladas were missing the onion and avocado she ordered so they brought a side. Mine was missing the black beans. We were all missing silverware, which took another trip to the station to correct while the kids at with their hands. Eventually our neighbor took pitty on us and offered their silverware so the kids could at least start serving themselves the rice. The food was bland, Ive had better frozen. They only give 3 tortillas with the order so once again we had to get up to get more tortillas. The bathroom was filthy and out of paper to dry little kids hands. The pad based POS system did not show my order adequately to review so I could not tell under were overcharged. The 60 total seemed excessive but I just wanted to get out of there since it was 800P by the time we exited. To top it off, we werent allowed to use the $10 off coupon we came there in thr first place because of the groupon. HORRIBLE! I have never left a poor review of a restaurant, but this was the worst experience of my life and I feel others need to be warned to stay away.

My husband and I couldnt decide what to eat. We had a coupon book that included one for Fajitas. We decided to check it out at 8:45 pm, 15 minutes before closing. Even though we were that late, they still invited us in and told us to have a seat. Perfectly polite and welcoming. We ordered the regular burrito and the Cancun burrito. My regular burrito was amazing, very delicious and under $6. My husband had the Cancun. Crab, shrimp, and chicken, without the white sauce, because he doesnt like mushrooms. It was filled with shrimp and crab and paired nicely with the chicken. It was a little pricier at $13.95, but it was worth it. The whole experience was very unexpected for a little place but we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be returning.

We live in the neighborhood and wanted to give this place a try, and honestly, its not great... Pros: The chips and salsa are pretty solid, but not spectacular, and the guacamole was also pretty good. Cons: Just about everything else. The food wasnt terrible, but it was also not very good. Prices are competitive, but compared to the other Mexican restaurants in the area the quality of the food is just not that great. The shredded chicken had basically no flavor and the sauce was really watered down and had little flavor. Sodas are expensive and refills cost money, which is ridiculous for how little it costs to give extra. Not sure if we caught them on an off night or ordered the wrong thing, but I definitely do not understand the hype.

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for over 11 years now. The reasons are as follows: amazing service, amazing authentic food, great portions and the adult beverages are much better than any other Mexican restaurant. We try others and always regret the decision as Fajitas is second to none. They will make things the way you like it, they will custom make dishes that are not on the menu. You cannot go wrong with a night out at Fajitas.

wow is this place bad. I cant comment on the taste or presentation of the carne asada that I ordered, since after waiting for over an hour after placing my order it never arrived. Watching and trying to be patient as five others who came in, some well past when I had arrived and ordered. Finished, payed and left was more than enough to have me pay for my drink and never come back, Since customer service isnt even an after thought Id say to stay away.

We have been going to Fajitas for years and it has always been our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. We went there last night (1/24/14) and were very disappointed. The portions were a lot smaller and the sauce was not the same. The service was the slowest we had ever had. It was the same staff in the front but the menu has changed, maybe the cook, and/or owners. We were very disappointed. We will now have to find a new favorite....

I have worked in an office building near by for about three years. I eat there on a pretty regular basis. As a vegan it can be really hard to eat out. The same waiter always takes my order. He is very friendly, polite, efficient, and takes extra care to make sure my food is meat and dairy free. The food is very inexpensive and delicious. The salsa is very tasty and spicy. I think some people just like to complain.

Food tasted good and people were nice and it was clean but we ordered fajitas and they only came with 3, 5 inch tortillas. And it had a good amount of chicken but hardly any veggies! Literally you couldnt even see them under the chicken. For 14 bucks I would expect a larger portion of food and at least 5 tortillas. We get fajitas at lots of places and I will say I will not be getting them here again!

I am pretty disappointed in this place. My brother and I came for food and drinks. We sat down and we got chips and salsa right away and our drinks within 5 minutes. The waiter then asked if we wanted food. I said no thank you as I had already eaten. My brother ordered some enchiladas. We waited almost 35 minutes before we finally just paid for our drinks and left. The food was never even made.

Waiter was rude and the food was freaking terrible. I got a burrito with steak and shrimp for almost $10 and all I could taste was bitterness from the obviously dirty grill and burnt steak pieces! In addition, the tortilla was hard to rip. Gross, wish I could give zero stars. Save your money and go to McDonalds down the street and wait to find a different Mexican restaurant...

Horrible! We had to wait over 10 min just to order..then 20 min longer they brought out something totally different than what we ordered and said it was a computer problem and that our correct order would be out shortly..we left! Others around us who came in long after us didnt seem to have a problem..if I could rate a ZERO I would!!

We tried this place for the first time and YIKES!!!!!Like other reviews this place is really bad. We should have known when they served the chips and salsa. How do you mess up salsa? It tasted like dirty dish water. There was only one other person in the place. I wondered why. We now know!!!! Stay Away!!

Love it here. Staff is great, service with a smile, happy to accommodate special requests. Love the Arroz con pollo, taco salad, burrito deluxe shredded chicken (no sauce), and a chimichanga without sauce. Always coupons and normally leftovers. Lunch specials are phenomenal! We come at least once a week.
